Abstract
본 발명에 따른 인공발은, 보행시 인공발의 발가락이 회전 운동을 함으로써 인공발가락이 바닥에 닿으면 체중에 의한 하중으로 에너지가 저장되고, 스프링에 의해 탄성 축적된 에너지만큼 바닥을 차고 나가기 때문에 인공발 발가락 부위가 바닥에 끌리는 현상이 없어져, 의지착용자는 보행시 고관절을 들어올릴 필요가 없어지게 되므로, 의지착용자는 정상보행에 가까운 보행이 가능해지는 효과가 있다.

Claims (20)
- 발몸체부;
상기 발몸체부의 일단에 회전가능하게 위치하는 발가락부;
상기 발몸체부와 상기 발가락부를 연결하는 발가락 관절부; 및
상기 발몸체부의 타단의 상부면에 위치하는 어댑터부; 를 포함하는 인공발이고,
상기 발가락 관절부가 발가락 연결부재와, 제1 탄성부재를 포함하고,
상기 제1 탄성부재는 상기 발가락부와 상기 발몸체부 사이에 위치하여 상기 발가락부를 탄성적으로 지지하고,
상기 발가락 연결부재는 상기 발가락부가 회전가능하게 상기 발가락부와 상기 발몸체부를 연결하는 것이고,
상기 발가락 연결부재가 힌지핀으로 이루어지고,
상기 제1 탄성부재가 토션스프링으로 이루어지고,
상기 발가락부가 상기 발가락 연결부재를 중심으로 피봇 운동(pivot movement)하고,
상기 발가락부의 피봇 운동의 회전각도(θ)가 0 ≤ θ ≤ 90°이고,
상기 인공발이 발목 관절부를 추가로 포함하고,
상기 발목 관절부가 어댑터 연결부재와, 제2 탄성부재를 포함하고,
상기 발목 관절부가 상기 발몸체부와 상기 어댑터부 사이에 위치하고, 상기 발몸체부에 상기 어댑터부를 회전가능하게 연결하고,
상기 제2 탄성부재가 상기 발몸체부에 형성된 제2 탄성부재 수용홈에 위치하고,
상기 제2 탄성부재 및 상기 제2 탄성부재 수용홈이 원기둥형이고,
상기 제2 탄성부재의 중심축에 대하여 수직으로 절단한 단면의 지름(d1)이 상기 제2 탄성부재 수용홈의 중심축에 대하여 수직으로 절단한 단면의 지름(d2) 보다 작고(d1 < d2), 상기 제2 탄성부재의 높이(h1)가 상기 제2 탄성부재 수용홈의 높이(h2) 보다 크고 (h1 > h2),
상기 제2 탄성부재의 최대 변형에서 상기 제2 탄성부재가 상기 제2 탄성부재 수용홈을 전부 채우고 제2 탄성부재의 높이(h1)와 제2 탄성부재 수용홈의 높이(h2)는 0 mm < h1 - h2 ≤ 5 mm 이고,
상기 어댑터부가 상기 어댑터 연결부재를 중심으로 피봇 운동하고,
상기 어댑터 연결부재가 힌지핀으로 이루어지고,
발목 각도는 앞/뒤 중심축을 따라서 상기 힌지핀의 길이방향의 수직면을 기준으로 -30°≤θ ≤ 30° 범위로 제2 탄성부재 수용홈의 크기와 제2 탄성부재의 크기를 조절하는 것인 인공발. - 삭제
