Claims (4)
- 유분이 50% 이하이고 커피 고유의 천연 색상을 가지는 커피박;
상기 커피박 100 중량부에 대하여, 수산화 알루미늄 또는 수산화 마그네슘 17.6 내지 21.6 중량부; 및
상기 커피박 100 중량부에 대하여, 열변형온도가 85 내지 109℃이고 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트(PET: Polyethylene terephthalate)에 코폴리에스테르(PCTG: Poly-Cyclohexylenedimethylene Terephthalate Glycol-modified)를 컴파운딩하여 얻은 PET/PCTG 블렌드 칩을 결정화시킨 후 고상 중합하여 얻은 코폴리에스터 블렌드 수지(PET/PCTG) 61.8 내지 75.5 중량부; 를 포함하는 커피박 함유 조성물을 압출 성형하여 만들어지는 커피박이 포함된 건축 자재. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 커피박 100 중량부에 대하여, 무독 난연제 3.5 내지 4.3 중량부; 결합제 1.8 내지 2.2 중량부; UV 차단제 0.5 내지 0.7 중량부; 산화 방지제 0.9 내지 1.1 중량부; 및 곰팡이 방지제 0.3 내지 0.5 중량부; 를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 커피박이 포함된 건축 자재.
- 커피박에 수산화 알루미늄 또는 수산화 마그네슘을 혼합하여 제1 혼합물을 마련하고, 상기 제1 혼합물을 건조하면서 커피박의 유분 함유량을 50% 이하로 낮추는 제1 단계;
건조되고 유분 함유량이 조정된 제1 혼합물을 분쇄하는 제2 단계;
상기 분쇄된 제1 혼합물에 상기 커피박 100 중량부에 대하여 폴리에스터 블렌드 수지(PET/PCTG) 61.8 내지 75.5 중량부와 수산화 알루미늄 또는 수산화 마그네슘을 총 함량이 상기 커피박 100중량부에 대하여 17.6 내지 21.6 중량부가 되도록 더 혼합하여 제2 혼합물을 마련하는 제3 단계;
상기 제2 혼합물을 압출기를 통해 압출하여 펠릿화하는 제4 단계; 및
펠릿화된 제2 혼합물을 성형기에 넣어 건축 자재로 성형하는 제5 단계; 를 포함하고,
상기 제1 단계는 트윈 압출기를 이용하여 이루어지고,
상기 트윈 압출기는, 실린더 중간에 위쪽으로 제1 혼합물에서 증발된 수증기가 커피박의 유분을 밀어낸 후 배출되는 구멍이 형성되고, 상기 구멍 위에 상기 구멍으로부터 수증기를 흡입하는 닥트가 설치되며, 실린더와 연결되는 다이스의 진입부에는 하측으로 제1 혼합물의 커피박으로부터 추출된 유분이 유출되도록 하는 유분 유출홈이 형성되는 커피박이 포함된 건축 자재의 제조 방법. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 트윈 압출기는, 제1 혼합물을 투입하여 이송하며 제1 혼합물이 이동하는 동안 수산화 알루미늄 또는 수산화 마그네슘의 열분해가 일어나 수증기가 발생되는 제1 실린더와, 상기 제1 실린더에 연결되고 중간에 위쪽으로 제1 혼합물에서 증발된 수증기가 배출되도록 구멍이 형성된 제2 실린더를 포함하고,
상기 제2 실린더에 연결되는 다이스의 진입부가 상기 유분 유출홈을 통해 유분이 유출될 수 있도록 단차를 갖는 형태로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 커피박이 포함된 건축 자재의 제조 방법.
