Description
Claims (13)
- (A) 아크릴계 그라프트 공중합체;
(B) 방향족 비닐-시안화 비닐계 공중합체; 및
(C) 무기안료 및 유기안료를 포함하는 착색제;를 포함하며,
상기 무기안료 및 유기안료의 배합 비율(중량비)은 1 : 1 내지 1 : 4이고, 하기 식 3 내지 식 5를 동시에 만족하며, 하기 식 1의 dE값이 3 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 내후성 개선용 열가소성 수지 조성물:

상기 식 1에서, dL은 밝기의 변화량이고, da는 적녹값의 변화량이며, db는 황청값의 변화량으로, 분광색차계를 이용하여 측정된 값이다;
dL=│La-Lb│≤ 1.5 [식 3]
da=│Aa-Ab│≤ 1.5 [식 4]
db=│Ba-Bb│≤ 2.0 [식 5]
상기 식 3에서, La는 내후성 실험 후 분광색차계로 측정한 L값이고, Lb는 내후성 실험 전 분광색차계로 측정한 L값이며, 상기 식 4에서, Aa는 내후성 실험 후 분광색차계로 측정한 a값이고, Ab는 내후성 실험 전 분광색차계로 측정한 a값이며, 상기 식 5에서 Ba는 내후성 실험 후 분광색차계로 측정한 b값이고, Bb는 내후성 실험 전 분광색차계로 측정한 b값이다.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
(D) 카본블랙을 더 포함하는 내후성 개선용 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 내후성 개선용 열가소성 수지 조성물은 상기 아크릴계 그라프트 공중합체(A) 30 내지 70 중량% 및 상기 방향족 비닐-시안화 비닐계 공중합체(B) 70 내지 30중량%를 포함하는 기초수지 100 중량부에 대하여,
상기 착색제(C) 0.1 ~ 1 중량부 포함하는 내후성 개선용 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 내후성 개선용 열가소성 수지 조성물은 상기 아크릴계 그라프트 공중합체(A) 30 내지 70 중량% 및 상기 방향족 비닐-시안화 비닐계 공중합체(B) 70 내지 30 중량%를 포함하는 기초수지 100 중량부에 대하여,
상기 착색제(C) 0.1 ~ 1 중량부 및
상기 카본블랙(D) 1 ~ 5 중량부를 포함하는 내후성 개선용 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 아크릴계 그라프트 공중합체(A)는 아크릴계 고무질 중합체 40 내지 60 중량%에 방향족 비닐계 화합물 및 시안화 비닐계 화합물의 혼합물 40 내지 60 중량%가 그라프트 중합된 아크릴로니트릴-스티렌-아크릴레이트 그라프트 공중합체(g-ASA)인 내후성 개선용 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 방향족 비닐-시안화 비닐계 공중합체(B)는 스티렌 및 아크릴로니트릴의 공중합체, α-메틸 스티렌 및 아크릴로니트릴의 공중합체, 및 스티렌, α-메틸 스티렌 및 아크릴로니트릴의 공중합체 중에서 선택되는 어느 하나인 내후성 개선용 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 카본블랙(D)은 평균입경이 10 내지 50nm이고, 비표면적이 100 내지 300㎡/g인 내후성 개선용 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제 5항에 있어서,
상기 카본블랙(D)은 방향족 비닐-시안화 비닐계 공중합체 30 내지 70 중량% 및 카본블랙 30 내지 70 중량%이 혼합된 마스터배치인 내후성 개선용 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 무기안료는 Fe, Cr, Mn, Cu, Co 및 Ni로부터 선택되는 금속원소를 포함하는 산화물, 산화티탄, 산화아연, 알루미늄 금속분말, 구리 금속분말 및 스테인리스 분말 중에서 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상이며,
상기 유기안료는 안트라퀴논계 안료, 페릴렌계 안료, 프탈로시아닌계 안료, 아조계 안료, 인디고계 안료, 디옥사진계 안료, 퀴나크리돈계 안료, 이소인드리논계 안료 및 프탈론계 안료 중에서 1종 또는 2종 이상인 내후성 개선용 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제 1항, 제 2항, 제 4항 내지 제 10항 중에서 선택되는 어느 한 항의 내후성 개선용 열가소성 수지 조성물로부터 제조되는 성형품.
