Claims (18)
- 제1기재층 및 상기 제1기재층 상에 형성된 하드코팅층을 포함하는 윈도우 필름용 보호 필름이고,
상기 제1기재층은 열가소성 폴리우레탄으로 형성되고,
상기 하드코팅층은 두께가 3㎛ 이상 20㎛ 미만이고,
상기 윈도우 필름용 보호 필름은 상기 하드코팅층에 대해 나노인덴터로 측정한 압입 탄성율(indentation modulus)이 0.3GPa 이상 1.5GPa 미만, 압입 경도(indentation hardness)가 0.1GPa 이상 0.3GPa 미만이고,
상기 하드코팅층은 제1우레탄 (메트)아크릴레이트 올리고머, 제2우레탄 (메트)아크릴레이트 올리고머, (메트)아크릴레이트 모노머, 지르코니아 입자, 개시제, 실리콘계 첨가제 및 불소계 첨가제를 포함하는 하드코팅층용 조성물로 형성되는 것인, 윈도우 필름용 보호 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1우레탄 (메트)아크릴레이트 올리고머와 상기 제2우레탄 (메트)아크릴레이트 올리고머의 총합 중 상기 제1우레탄 (메트)아크릴레이트 올리고머는 25중량% 이상 45중량% 이하로 포함되는, 윈도우 필름용 보호 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 폴리우레탄은 지방족계 또는 지환족계인 것인, 윈도우 필름용 보호 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1기재층은 하기 식 1의 △E가 3.0 이하인 것인, 윈도우 필름용 보호 필름:

(상기 식 1에서, △L*은 (L*)2-(L*)1이고, △a*는 (a*)2-(a*)1이고, △b*는 (b*)2-(b*)1이고, (L*)2은 내광 측정 후 제1기재층의 L*값 (명도 관련 value)이고, (L*)1은 내광 측정 전 제1기재층의 L*이고, (a*)2은 내광 측정 후 제1기재층의 a*이고, (a*)1은 내광 측정 전 제1기재층의 a*이고, (b*)2은 내광 측정 후 제1기재층의 b*이고, (b*)1은 내광 측정 전 제1기재층의 b*이다). 이때 상기 내광 측정은 제1기재층을 UV-B 광원 72시간 방치 조건에서 처리하는 것이다.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1기재층은 두께가 100㎛ 이상 200㎛ 이하이고 Shore 경도가 95A 내지 98A인 것인, 윈도우 필름용 보호 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1우레탄 (메트)아크릴레이트 올리고머는 중량평균분자량이 1000g/mol 이상 4000g/mol 미만, 신율이 1% 이상 15% 미만인 것인, 윈도우 필름용 보호 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2우레탄 (메트)아크릴레이트 올리고머는 중량평균분자량이 4000g/mol 이상 8000g/mol 이하, 신율이 15% 이상 25% 이하인 것인, 윈도우 필름용 보호 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지르코니아 입자는 평균입경(D50)이 100nm 이하인 것인, 윈도우 필름용 보호 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1우레탄 (메트)아크릴레이트 올리고머, 제2우레탄 (메트)아크릴레이트 올리고머, (메트)아크릴레이트 모노머, 지르코니아 입자의 총합 100중량부 중 상기 (메트)아크릴레이트 모노머는 1중량부 내지 30중량부, 상기 지르코니아 입자는 0.01중량부 내지 10중량부로 포함되는 것인, 윈도우 필름용 보호 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1우레탄 (메트)아크릴레이트 올리고머, 제2 우레탄 (메트)아크릴레이트 올리고머, (메트)아크릴레이트 모노머, 지르코니아 입자의 총합 100중량부에 대해, 상기 실리콘계 첨가제는 0.01중량부 내지 5중량부로 포함되고, 상기 불소계 첨가제는 0.01중량부 내지 5중량부로 포함되는 것인, 윈도우 필름용 보호 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1우레탄 (메트)아크릴레이트 올리고머는 7관능 내지 10관능의 (메트)아크릴레이트계 올리고머이고,
상기 (메트)아크릴레이트 모노머는 2관능 내지 6관능의 (메트)아크릴레이트 모노머인, 윈도우 필름용 보호 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1기재층 하부면에 점착층이 더 형성된 것인, 윈도우 필름용 보호 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하드코팅층 상부면에 기능성층이 더 형성된 것인, 윈도우 필름용 보호 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1기재층과 상기 하드코팅층 사이에 제2기재층이 더 형성되고,
상기 제2기재층은 열가소성 폴리우레탄으로 형성된 것인, 윈도우 필름용 보호 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 윈도우 필름용 보호 필름은 상기 제1기재층 방향으로 폴딩시 곡률반경이 5mm 이하인 것인, 윈도우 필름용 보호 필름.
- 윈도우 필름; 및 상기 윈도우 필름 상에 형성된 제1항 내지 제4항, 제6항 내지 제16항 중 어느 한 항의 윈도우 필름용 보호 필름을 포함하는 광학 부재.
- 제1항 내지 제4항, 제6항 내지 제16항 중 어느 한 항의 윈도우 필름용 보호 필름을 포함하는 디스플레이 장치.
