Claims (13)
- 각각 하나 이상의 가소제 및 하나 이상의 폴리비닐 아세탈을 함유하는 적어도 세 개의 층들 A, B 및 C로부터 형성된 필름 라미네이트(film laminate)로서, 폴리비닐 아세탈로서, 층들 A, B 또는 C 중 하나 이상이 3000 미만의 평균 중합도, 10 내지 25중량%의 폴리비닐 알코올기 비율 및 50 내지 80중량%의 폴리비닐 (이소)아세탈기 비율을 갖는 하나 이상의 폴리비닐 (이소)아세탈을 함유하고, 여기서 층 B가 층 A 및 C 사이에 위치하고 32중량% 미만의 가소제 함량을 가지며, 층 B가 층 A 및 C 내의 폴리비닐 아세탈과 같거나 큰 폴리비닐 알코올기 비율을 갖는 폴리비닐 아세탈을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 라미네이트.
- 하기의 층들 A, B 및 C의 순서 및 조성을 갖는, 적어도 세 개의 층들 A, B 및 C로부터 형성된 필름 라미네이트로서,
- 하나 이상의 제1 가소제, 및 3000 미만의 평균 중합도, 50 내지 80중량%의 폴리비닐 (이소)아세탈기 비율 및 10 내지 25중량%의 폴리비닐 알코올기 비율을 갖는 하나의 제1 폴리비닐 (이소)아세탈을 함유하는, A;
- 하나 이상의 제2 가소제, 및 10 내지 25중량%의 폴리비닐 알코올기 비율을 갖는 하나의 폴리비닐 (n)아세탈을 함유하는, B; 및
- 하나 이상의 제3 가소제, 및 3000 미만의 평균 중합도, 50 내지 80중량%의 폴리비닐 (이소)아세탈기 비율 및 10 내지 25중량%의 폴리비닐 알코올기 비율을 갖는 하나의 제2 폴리비닐 (이소)아세탈을 함유하는, 서브(sub)-필름 C,
층 B가 32중량% 미만의 가소제 함량을 갖는, 필름 라미네이트. - 하기의 층들 A, B 및 C의 순서 및 조성을 갖는, 적어도 세 개의 층들 A, B 및 C로부터 형성된 필름 라미네이트로서,
- 하나 이상의 제1 가소제, 및 10 내지 25중량%의 폴리비닐 알코올기 비율을 갖는 하나의 제1 폴리비닐 (n)아세탈을 함유하는, A;
- 하나 이상의 제2 가소제, 및 3000 미만의 평균 중합도, 50 내지 80중량%의 폴리비닐 (이소)아세탈기 비율 및 10 내지 25중량%의 폴리비닐 알코올기 비율을 갖는 폴리비닐 (이소)아세탈을 함유하는, B; 및
- 하나 이상의 제3 가소제, 및 10 내지 25중량%의 폴리비닐 알코올기 비율을 갖는 하나의 제2 폴리비닐 (n)아세탈을 함유하는 C,
층 B가 32중량% 미만의 가소제 함량을 갖는, 필름 라미네이트. - 하기의 층들 A, B 및 C의 순서 및 조성을 갖는, 적어도 세 개의 층들 A, B 및 C로부터 형성된 필름 라미네이트로서,
- 하나 이상의 제1 가소제, 및 3000 미만의 평균 중합도, 50 내지 80중량%의 폴리비닐 (이소)아세탈기 비율 및 10 내지 25중량%의 폴리비닐 알코올기 비율을 갖는 하나의 제1 폴리비닐 (이소)아세탈을 함유하는, A;
- 하나 이상의 제2 가소제, 및 3000 미만의 평균 중합도, 50 내지 80중량%의 폴리비닐 (이소)아세탈기 비율 및 10 내지 25중량%의 폴리비닐 알코올기 비율을 갖는 제2 폴리비닐 (이소)아세탈을 함유하는, B; 및
- 하나 이상의 제3 가소제, 및 3000 미만의 평균 중합도, 50 내지 80중량%의 폴리비닐 (이소)아세탈기 비율 및 10 내지 25중량%의 폴리비닐 알코올기 비율을 갖는 하나의 제3 폴리비닐 (이소)아세탈을 함유하는, C,
층 B가 32중량% 미만의 가소제 함량을 갖는, 필름 라미네이트. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 인접한 층들이 최대 10 phr(percent per hundred resin)로 상이한 가소제 함량을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 라미네이트.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 인접한 층들이 폴리비닐 알코올기 비율이 최대 0.5중량%로 상이한 폴리비닐 아세탈들을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 라미네이트.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리비닐 (이소)아세탈이, 하나 이상의 폴리비닐 알코올을 4 내지 10개의 탄소 원자들을 함유하며 케토기에 대한 알파 위치 또는 베타 위치에 하나 이상의 분지(branching)를 갖는 하나 이상의 지방족 케토 화합물과 반응시킴에 의해 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 라미네이트.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 폴리비닐 (n)아세탈이, 하나 이상의 폴리비닐 알코올을 2 내지 10개의 탄소 원자들을 함유하는 하나 이상의 지방족의 비분지형 케토 화합물과 반응시킴에 의해 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 라미네이트.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 필름 라미네이트가 층들의 공압출(co-extrusion)에 의해 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 라미네이트.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 필름 라미네이트가 층들을 결합시킴에 의해 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 라미네이트.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 자동차, 항공기, 선박, 건축 글레이징(architectural glazings), 파사드 부품용 유리/필름 라미네이트/유리 복합재(composites)의 제조, 또는 광전지 모듈의 제조에 사용하기 위한 필름 라미네이트.
