Abstract
Description
도 2는 전처리된 해바라기 바이오매스의 TcLac을 이용한 해독 반응 온도의 최적화 그래프이다. 실험은 5 U의 TcLac을 이용해 180 분 동안 pH 5.0 (0.1 N 염산), 35℃에서 진탕 (150 rpm)하면서 수행되었다.
도 3은 전처리된 해바라기 바이오매스의 해독을 위한 TcLac 용량 최적화 그래프이다. 해독 공정은 180 분 동안 pH 5.0 (0.1 N 염산), 35℃에서 진탕 (150 rpm)하면서 수행되었다.
도 4는 전처리된 해바라기 바이오매스를 TcLac을 이용해 해독하는 공정에 있어서 인큐베이션 시간의 최적화 그래프이다. 해독 공정은 10 U의 TcLac을 이용해 pH 5.0 (0.1 N 염산), 35℃에서 진탕 (150 rpm)하면서 수행되었다.
Claims (6)
- (a) 10 mg/kg의 니켈(Ni2+)에 의해 오염된 토양에 해바라기(Helianthus annuus)를 식재하여 해바라기에 니켈을 축적시키는 단계;
(b) 니켈이 축적된 해바라기의 줄기를 채취한 후, 2% NaOH를 이용하여 210℃에서 1 시간 동안 처리하여 알칼리 가수분해하는 전처리 단계;
(c) 전처리된 해바라기 바이오매스를 수탁번호 KFCC 11573P인 타이로마이세스 키오네우스(Tyromyces chioneus) 유래의 라카아제 (TcLac) 10 IU를 이용하여 pH 5.0 (0.1 N 염산), 35℃에서 180분 동안 해독하여, 총 잔여 페놀 화합물을 0.25 g/L까지 감소시키는 단계;
(d) 해독된 해바라기 바이오매스 5.5%를 수탁번호 KCCM 11187P인 포리오타 아디포사(Pholiota adiposa) 및 수탁번호 KCCM 11186P인 아르밀라리아 제미나(Armillaria gemina) 유래의 리그노셀룰라아제의 조합 10 FPU/g을 이용하여 당화하는 단계; 및
(e) 효모를 이용하여 당화된 바이오매스로부터 에탄올을 생성하는 단계;를 포함하는 바이오에탄올의 제조방법.
