도 2 는 본 발명의 제 2 실시형태에 따른 황 산화물 배출물을 감소시키기 위한 장비를 갖는 순환 유동층 보일러의 개략도를 도시한다.
Claims (11)
- 순환 유동층 보일러 플랜트 (10) 의 이산화황 배출물을 감소시키는 방법으로서,
- 보일러의 노 (12) 에 제 1 공급율 (feeding rate) 로 황 함유 탄소질 연료의 제 1 스트림을 공급하는 단계;
- 상기 노에 제 2 공급율로 미리 결정된 d50 입자 크기를 갖는 탄산칼슘 함유 흡착제의 제 2 스트림을 공급하는 단계;
- 상기 노에서 형성되는 입자들의 층을 유동화하기 위해 상기 노에 산소 함유 가스를 공급하는 단계;
- 상기 산소로 상기 황 함유 탄소질 연료를 연소시켜서, 상기 황 함유 탄소질 연료 중의 황을 이산화황으로 산화시키는 단계;
- 상기 노에서 상기 탄산칼슘을 산화칼슘으로 하소시키고, 상기 산화칼슘의 일부를 활용하여 상기 노에서 상기 이산화황의 제 1 부분을 황산칼슘으로 황산화시키는 단계;
- 상기 이산화황의 제 2 부분을 함유하는 연도 가스들, 및 산화칼슘 입자들을 포함하는, 상기 연도 가스들과 동반된 입자들을 상기 노로부터 연도 가스 채널 (18) 을 따라 배출하는 단계;
- 상기 산화칼슘 입자들의 제 1 부분을 포함하는, 상기 동반된 입자들의 제 1 부분을, 컷오프 크기를 갖는 입자 분리기 (14) 에서 상기 연도 가스들로부터 분리하고, 분리된 입자들의 적어도 일부를, 복귀 덕트 (16) 를 통해 상기 노 (12) 로 복귀시키는 단계;
- 상기 산화칼슘 입자들의 제 2 부분을 포함하는, 상기 동반된 입자들의 제 2 부분을, 상기 연도 가스들로 상기 노 (12) 로부터 상기 노의 하류에 배치된 반건식 황 감소 스테이지 (38, 52) 로 운반하는 단계; 및
- 상기 반건식 황 감소 스테이지 (38, 52) 에서 상기 연도 가스들의 이산화황 함량을 감소시키는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 탄산칼슘 함유 흡착제의 상기 미리 결정된 d50 입자 크기는 10 내지 20 ㎛ 이고 또한 상기 입자 분리기의 상기 컷오프 크기의 50% 보다 더 작은, 순환 유동층 보일러 플랜트 (10) 의 이산화황 배출물을 감소시키는 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 탄산칼슘 함유 흡착제의 상기 미리 결정된 d50 입자 크기는 상기 입자 분리기의 상기 컷오프 크기의 30% 보다 더 작은 것을 특징으로 하는, 순환 유동층 보일러 플랜트 (10) 의 이산화황 배출물을 감소시키는 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 산화칼슘 입자들의 80% 이상이 상기 동반된 입자들의 제 2 부분에 속하고, 상기 산화칼슘 입자들의 20% 이하가 상기 동반된 입자들의 제 1 부분에 속하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 순환 유동층 보일러 플랜트 (10) 의 이산화황 배출물을 감소시키는 방법. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 산화칼슘 입자들의 90% 이상이 상기 동반된 입자들의 제 2 부분에 속하고, 상기 산화칼슘 입자들의 10% 이하가 상기 동반된 입자들의 제 1 부분에 속하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 순환 유동층 보일러 플랜트 (10) 의 이산화황 배출물을 감소시키는 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 운반하는 단계는 상기 산화칼슘 입자들의 입자 크기를 줄임이 없이 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 순환 유동층 보일러 플랜트 (10) 의 이산화황 배출물을 감소시키는 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 운반하는 단계는 상기 산화칼슘 입자들의 제 2 부분의 소화 (slaking) 없이 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 순환 유동층 보일러 플랜트 (10) 의 이산화황 배출물을 감소시키는 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 운반하는 단계는 상기 동반된 입자들의 물리적 또는 화학적 특성을 변경하는 임의의 외부 처리 없이 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 순환 유동층 보일러 플랜트 (10) 의 이산화황 배출물을 감소시키는 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제 2 공급율에 대한 상기 제 1 공급율의 비는, 상기 제 1 스트림 중의 황에 대한 상기 제 2 스트림 중의 칼슘의 몰 비 (Ca/S 몰 비) 가 2.5 내지 3.5 이도록 하는 것이고, 상기 반건식 황 감소 스테이지에 추가적인 흡착제가 공급되지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는, 순환 유동층 보일러 플랜트 (10) 의 이산화황 배출물을 감소시키는 방법. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 제 2 공급율에 대한 상기 제 1 공급율의 비는, 상기 제 1 스트림 중의 황에 대한 상기 제 2 스트림 중의 칼슘의 몰 비 (Ca/S 몰 비) 가 1.5 내지 2.5 이도록 하는 것이고, 상기 반건식 황 감소 스테이지에 추가적인 흡착제가 공급되지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는, 순환 유동층 보일러 플랜트 (10) 의 이산화황 배출물을 감소시키는 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
