Claims (4)
- 폴리올을 용융시키는 과정;
상기 폴리올에 나노클레이를 첨가하고 교반시켜서 나노클레이-폴리올 혼합물을 만드는 과정;
상기 나노클레이-폴리올 혼합물에 초음파를 가하는 과정;
상기 나노클레이-폴리올 혼합물에 PPDI(p-phenylene diisocyanate)를 혼합하고 교반시켜서 1차 프리폴리머를 제조하는 과정;
상기 1차 프리폴리머에 상기 PPDI보다 분자량이 큰 방향족 이소시아네이트를 첨가하여 2차 프리폴리머를 제조하는 과정; 및
상기 2차 프리폴리머에 사슬연장제를 반응시키는 과정;을 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 주형 PPDI계 폴리우레탄 나노클레이 탄성체 제조방법.
- 제1항의 방법에 의해 제조되어, 나노클레이가 0.3~0. 4중량% 포함되며, 경도가 Shore 95A 이상이고, 100% 신장시 인장응력이 12MPa 이상이며, 비카트 연화온도가 190℃ 이상인 주형 PPDI계 폴리우레탄 나노클레이 탄성체.
