Claims (6)
- 유기성 폐기물 100중량부에 생석회 2~10중량부 및 밤송이 0.5~3중량부를 교반혼합하여 건조시킨 후 파쇄되어 만들어진 원료혼합물 100중량부에 대하여, 전분 5~15중량부 및 패각 분말 5~10중량부가 혼합된 기능성 수액 3~10중량부가 교반혼합되어 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기성 폐기물을 이용한 비료.

상기 비료는,
원료혼합물 100중량부에 대하여,
고로쇠 수액 100중량부에 복숭아씨 분말 10~30중량부가 혼합된 기능성 수액 3~10중량부가 더 교반혼합된 후 건조되어 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기성 폐기물을 이용한 비료.
- 유기성 폐기물 100중량부에 대하여 생석회 2~10중량부 및 밤송이 0.5~3중량부를 교반혼합하며 1차건조하여 폐기물 케익을 만드는 폐기물 케익 생성공정(S100); 유기성 폐기물을 교반기에 투입하면서 파쇄할 수 있음.
상기 폐기물 케익을 2차 건조시키는 건조공정(S200);
상기 건조공정(S200) 처리된 폐기물 케익을 파쇄하여 원료혼합물을 만드는 원료혼합물 생성공정(S300) 및;
상기 원료혼합물 100중량부에 대하여, 전분 5~15중량부 및 패각 분말 5~10중량부를 교반혼합시켜 비료를 만드는 비료 생성공정(S400);을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기성 폐기물을 이용한 비료 제조방법.
