Claims (5)
- 강판의 적어도 한쪽 면에, 질량%로,
Si:2% 이상 11% 이하,
Mg:3% 이상 9% 이하,
Ca:0.1% 이상 5% 이하,
Ti:0.005% 이상 0.05% 이하이고,
잔량부 Al 및 불가피적 불순물로 이루어지는 도금층을 갖고,
상기 도금층의 단면에서 관찰된 괴상의 Mg2Si의 긴 직경이 10㎛ 이하이고, 또한 긴 직경과 짧은 직경의 비인 종횡비가 1 이상 3 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는, 내식성 및 외관이 우수한 알루미늄 도금 강판. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 도금층과 상기 강판의 계면에 두께 5㎛ 이하의 Al-Si-Fe계 합금층을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 내식성 및 외관이 우수한 알루미늄 도금 강판. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 도금층의 두께가 9 내지 35㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는, 내식성 및 외관이 우수한 알루미늄 도금 강판. - 질량%로,

Si:2% 이상 11% 이하,
Mg:3% 이상 9% 이하,
Ca:0.1% 이상 5% 이하,
Ti:0.005% 이상 0.05% 이하이고,
잔량부 Al 및 불가피적 불순물로 이루어지고, 온도 670℃ 이상의 용융 알루미늄 도금욕에, 강판을 침지 통과시키고, 알루미늄 도금한 강판을, 제1단째의 냉각 공정에 있어서 600 내지 640℃의 온도 범위까지, 25℃/sec 이상의 냉각 속도로 냉각하고, 그 후 또한 제2단째의 냉각 공정에 있어서 550 내지 590℃의 온도 범위까지, 16℃/sec 이상의 냉각 속도로 냉각하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 내식성 및 외관이 우수한 알루미늄 도금 강판의 제조 방법.
