Claims (6)
- 다수의 픽셀들을 포함하여 2D 영상과 3D 영상을 선택적으로 표시하는 표시패널을 구비하고;
상기 픽셀들 각각은,
제1 TFT를 통해 데이터라인에 연결된 제1 화소전극과, 상부 공통라인에 접속되며 상기 제1 화소전극에 대향되는 제1 공통전극을 포함한 메인 표시부와;
제2 TFT를 통해 상기 데이터라인에 연결되며 방전제어 TFT를 통해 상기 상부 공통라인에 연결되는 제2 화소전극과, 상기 상부 공통라인에 접속되며 상기 제2 화소전극에 대향되는 제2 공통전극을 포함한 보조 표시부와;
상기 제1 TFT와 제2 TFT에 공통으로 스캔펄스를 인가하는 게이트라인, 상기 방전제어 TFT에 방전 제어전압을 인가하는 방전 제어라인, 및 상기 상부 공통라인에 공통전압을 인가하는 하부 공통라인을 포함하여 상기 메인 표시부와 상기 보조 표시부 사이에 배치된 배선부를 구비하고;
상기 방전 제어전압은, 상기 3D 영상 구현시 상기 스캔펄스의 게이트 로우 전압보다 높고 상기 스캔펄스의 게이트 하이 전압보다 낮은 슬라이트 온 레벨로 상기 픽셀들의 방전제어 TFT들에 공통으로 인가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 입체 영상 표시장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 메인 표시부의 제1 스토리지 커패시터는 상기 하부 공통라인 상에 형성되고, 상기 보조 표시부의 제2 스토리지 커패시터는 상기 방전 제어라인 상에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 입체 영상 표시장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 방전 제어전압은,
상기 2D 영상 구현시 상기 스캔펄스의 게이트 로우 전압으로 상기 픽셀들의 방전제어 TFT들에 공통으로 인가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 입체 영상 표시장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 게이트라인, 상기 방전 제어라인, 및 상기 하부 공통라인은 동일층 상에 형성되어 상기 메인 표시부와 상기 보조 표시부 사이를 나란히 가로지르는 것을 특징으로 하는 입체 영상 표시장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 메인 표시부의 제1 스토리지 커패시터와 상기 보조 표시부의 제2 스토리지 커패시터는 상기 하부 공통라인 상에 형성되고,
상기 제1 스토리지 커패시터는 게이트 절연막을 사이에 두고 서로 중첩하는 상기 제1 TFT의 드레인전극과 상기 하부 공통라인에 의해 형성되고;
상기 제2 스토리지 커패시터는 게이트 절연막을 사이에 두고 서로 중첩하는 상기 제2 TFT의 드레인전극과 상기 하부 공통라인에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 입체 영상 표시장치. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 스토리지 커패시터는 게이트 절연막을 사이에 두고 서로 중첩하는 상기 제1 TFT의 드레인전극과 상기 하부 공통라인에 의해 형성되고;
상기 제2 스토리지 커패시터는 게이트 절연막을 사이에 두고 서로 중첩하는 상기 제2 TFT의 드레인전극과 상기 방전 제어라인에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 입체 영상 표시장치.
