Description
적어도 하나의 조밀(compact) 커버층 및 상기 커버층 하부에 배치되며 압출발포된 플라스틱으로 제조된 적어도 하나의 층(폼층)을 갖는 다층 플라스틱 필름의 제조 방법으로,
폼층을 압출하고 플라스틱의 용융 온도 미만으로 냉각시킨 후, 상기 폼층에 조밀 커버층을 열 또는 접착제로 접합시키고, 발포 플라스틱 층은
- 압출 공정 동안 플라스틱 용융물 내에 초대기압 하의 추진제를 블로잉(blowing)하고,
- 후속으로 초대기압 하의 추진제를 팽창시킴으로써 생성되며,
발포 플라스틱은 먼저 가교되는 것이 아니라, 폼층과 조밀 커버층이 접합된 후에만 조밀 커버층과 함께 가교되고,
조밀 커버층은 폴리올레핀, PVC 또는 폴리우레탄을 기재로 하는 시트 재료이고,
추진제는 CO2 또는 N2인, 방법.
Claims (16)
- 적어도 하나의 조밀(compact) 커버층 및 상기 커버층 하부에 배치되며 압출발포된 플라스틱으로 제조된 적어도 하나의 층(폼층)을 갖는 다층 플라스틱 필름의 제조 방법으로,
폼층을 압출하고 플라스틱의 용융 온도 미만으로 냉각시킨 후, 상기 폼층에 조밀 커버층을 열 또는 접착제로 접합시키고, 발포 플라스틱 층은
- 압출 공정 동안 플라스틱 용융물 내에 초대기압 하의 추진제를 블로잉(blowing)하고,
- 후속으로 초대기압 하의 추진제를 팽창시킴으로써 생성되며,
발포 플라스틱은 먼저 가교되는 것이 아니라, 폼층과 조밀 커버층이 접합된 후에만 조밀 커버층과 함께 가교되고,
조밀 커버층은 폴리올레핀, PVC 또는 폴리우레탄을 기재로 하는 시트 재료이고,
추진제는 CO2 또는 N2인, 방법. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 접합 이후 및 가교 이전에, 커버층에 엠보싱 공정을 통해 3차원 구조를 제공하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 가교는, 가교 후, 비등 상태의 크실렌 중에서 24시간 추출 후에 측정하였을 때, 접합된 층들(라미네이트)에서 겔 함량이 10 내지 80%가 되도록 진행되는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 플라스틱 용융물이 용융 및 혼합된 후에 추진제를 압출기에 공급하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 압출기 다이의 상류측 압출기 내부의 압력은 70 bar 이상인 방법.
- 삭제
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 커버층 및/또는 발포 플라스틱 층은 폴리올레핀을 기재로 하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 커버층 및 발포 플라스틱 층은 열 또는 접착제에 의해 추가의 중합체계 층에 접합되는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 발포 플라스틱 층은 적어도 1종의 고용융강도 폴리올레핀을 함유하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 기재된 방법을 수행하기 위한 폼층용 플라스틱 조성물은
- 20 내지 80 중량부의 고용융강도 폴리에틸렌(HMS-PE),
- 20 내지 80 중량부의 적어도 1종의 폴리프로필렌,
- 0.05 내지 1.0 중량부의 CO2 및 N2 중 적어도 1종, 및
- 0.05 내지 1.0 중량부의 적어도 1종의 조핵제를 함유하며, 이때 중합체들의 전체 중량부 합계는 100인 것을 특징으로 하는 폼층용 플라스틱 조성물. - 제11항에 있어서, 고용융강도 폴리에틸렌이 0.05 내지 2.0 g/10분의 용융흐름지수 MFI(190℃, ISO 1133에 명시된 바와 같이 2.16 kg)를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 폼층용 플라스틱 조성물.
- 제11항에 있어서, 폴리프로필렌이 고용융강도(HMS-PP)를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 폼층용 플라스틱 조성물.
- 제11항에 있어서, 폴리프로필렌이 0.05 내지 8.0 g/10분의 용융흐름지수 MFI(230℃, ISO 1133에 명시된 바와 같이 2.16 kg)를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 폼층용 플라스틱 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 기재된 방법에 의해 제조되는 다층 플라스틱 필름.
- 제15항에 있어서, 자동차의 내부 라이닝을 위한 구성 부품을 코팅하기 위한, 다층 플라스틱 필름.
