Claims (12)
- 폐열회수시스템의 팽창기에서 배출되는 작동유체와 윤활유가 유분리기에 의해 분리하고, 분리된 윤활유에 작동유체의 일부가 섞여 윤활유탱크로 유입됨에 따라 윤활유탱크의 작동유체를 분리하여 유분리기로 회수하는 윤활유 재생장치로서,
윤활유를 저장하는 윤활유탱크;
폐열회수시스템의 팽창기에서 배출되는 작동유체에서 윤활유를 분리하는 유분리기;
상기 유분리기와 상기 윤활유탱크 사이에 연결되는 윤활유 회수도관;
상기 윤활유탱크의 내부에 설치되고, 액상의 작동유체를 기화시키는 기화유닛; 및
상기 윤활유탱크와 상기 유분리기 사이에 연결되고, 상기 윤활유탱크 내에서 상기 기화유닛에 의해 기화된 작동유체를 상기 유분리기 측으로 회수하도록 구성된 작동유체 회수도관;을 포함하는 윤활유 재생장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 기화유닛의 가열온도는 작동유체의 기화온도에 대응하고, 윤활유의 기화온도 보다 낮게 설정되는 윤활유 재생장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 작동유체 회수도관의 도중에는 원웨이밸브(oneway valve)가 설치되고, 상기 원웨이밸브는 작동유체가 윤활유탱크에서 유분리기로 이동함을 허용하는 윤활유 재생장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 윤활유 회수도관에는 개폐밸브가 설치되는 윤활유 재생장치. - 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 개폐밸브는 유분리기 측의 압력이 윤활유탱크의 압력 보다 클 경우에 개방되는 플로팅밸브(floating valve)인 윤활유 재생장치. - 폐열회수시스템의 팽창기에서 배출되는 작동유체와 윤활유가 유분리기에 의해 분리하고, 분리된 윤활유에 작동유체의 일부가 섞여 윤활유탱크로 유입됨에 따라 윤활유탱크의 작동유체를 분리하여 유분리기로 회수하는 윤활유 재생방법으로,
유분리기의 내부압력에 맞춰 작동유체의 포화증기온도를 연산하고,
작동유체의 포화증기온도에 맞춰 기화유닛의 가열 타켓온도를 설정하며,
가열 타켓온도가 윤활유의 기화온도 미만이면 윤활유탱크의 내부온도를 측정하고,
윤활유탱크의 내부온도가 가열 타켓온도 미만이면 기화유닛을 작동시키는 윤활유 재생방법. - 청구항 6에 있어서,
윤활유탱크의 내부온도가 가열 타켓온도 이상이면 기화유닛을 정지시키는 윤활유 재생방법. - 청구항 7에 있어서,
윤활유탱크의 내부온도가 가열 타켓온도 보다 설정된 상승치 만큼 상승하면 기화유닛을 작동시키는 윤활유 재생방법. - 청구항 6에 있어서,
폐열회수시스템이 정지된 상태에서, 일정한 기준시간의 간격에 따라 윤활유탱크의 내부압력 변화를 모니터링하여 제어로직의 종료를 결정하거나 가열 타켓온도를 재설정하는 윤활유 재생방법. - 청구항 9에 있어서,
기준시간이 경과한 후에 윤활유탱크의 내부압력 변화값이 설정값 보다 크면 윤활유의 재생을 종료하는 윤활유 재생방법. - 청구항 9에 있어서,
기준시간이 경과한 후에 윤활유탱크의 내부압력 변화값이 설정값 보다 낮으면 가열 타겟온도를 재설정하는 윤활유 재생방법. - 청구항 6에 있어서,
폐열회수시스템이 작동하는 상태에서, 기준시간이 경과된 후에 가열 타겟온도를 재설정하는 윤활유 재생방법.
