Claims (15)
- 정전용량 방식의 터치 패널로서,
제1 기판;
상기 제1 기판과 이격되어 배치되는 제2 기판;
상기 제1 기판 상에 제1 방향으로 연장되는 제1 전극;
상기 제2 기판 상에 상기 제1 방향과 교차하는 제2 방향으로 연장되는 제2 전극; 및
상기 제1 기판 및 상기 제2 기판 사이에 위치하고, 상기 제1 전극 및 상기 제2 전극에 의하여 유도된 전기장에 의해 탄성력이 변화하는 압전부를 포함하고,
상기 압전부는 베이스 및 상기 베이스에 분산된 입자를 포함하고, 상기 베이스는 탄성을 가지는 고분자 물질을 포함하고,
상기 입자는 표면이 인산으로 처리된 전도성 물질인 실리카이고,
상기 고분자 물질은 유전율이 3 F/m 이상이고,
상기 고분자 물질은 하기 화학식 1의 구조 또는 화학식 2의 구조를 포함하는 터치 패널.

상기 압전부의 두께는 100 um 내지 4 mm 인 터치 패널. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 입자는 구형이고,
상기 베이스 내에 고르게 분산된 복수 개의 입자들은 서로 대응되는 크기를 가지는 터치 패널.
