도 2는 본 발명의 바람직한 제2실시 예에 따른 개념도이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 바람직한 제3실시 예에 따른 개념도이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 바람직한 제4실시 예에 따른 개념도이다.
이하에서 설명되는 첨가제 수용액 저장부(110, 120, 130, 140), 펌프(210, 220, 230, 240), 미립자 형성부(310, 320, 330, 340), 수분 제거부(410, 420, 430, 440) 및 단열 압축부(500, 530, 540)는 각 실시 예 별로 부호를 달리한 것에 불과하며, 각각 첨가제 수용액 저장부(100), 펌프(200), 미립자 형성부(300), 수분 제거부(400) 및 단열 압축부(500)로 통칭할 수 있다.

310, 320, 330, 340 : 미립자 형성부
410, 420, 430, 440 : 수분 제거부
500, 530, 540 : 단열압축부
600 : 가열부
700 : 냉각부
Claims (8)
- 첨가제 수용액이 저장되는 첨가제 수용액 저장부(100);
상기 첨가제 수용액 저장부(100)에 연결되어 상기 첨가제 수용액에 이송력을 인가하는 펌프(200);
상기 펌프(200)에 연결되어, 고온부식 방지 필요 영역으로 제공하는 최종물을 형성시키기 위하여 상기 이송된 첨가제 수용액을 미립자화 시켜 미립화된 첨가제를 형성시키는 미립자 형성부(300);
상기 미립자 형성부(300)에 연결되어, 상기 미립화된 첨가제에 함유된 수분을 제거하는 수분 제거부(400); 및
상기 미립자 형성부(300)와 상기 수분 제거부(400)를 유체소통 가능하게 연결시키고, 상기 미립화된 첨가제를 단열 압축시키는 단열압축부(500)를 포함하며,
상기 수분 제거부(400)는 산소 공급량 제어부를 더 포함하는,
고온부식 방지 첨가제 제공장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 최종물은 에어로졸(aerosol)로 형성된,
고온부식 방지 첨가제 제공장치.
