Abstract
본 발명에 따르면, 판크레아틴이 함유된 조성물에 차아염소산나트륨을 첨가하여 반응시키는 매우 간편한 방법으로 판크레아틴의 주요 효소인 리파제, 아밀라아제 및 프로테아제의 활성을 유지하면서 조성물에 존재하는 미생물을 매우 효과적으로 사멸시킬 수 있다. 또한 본 발명의 살균방법을 판크레아틴의 제조과정에 적용하면 효소활성이 우수하고 미생물 오염으로부터 안전한 우수한 품질의 판크레아틴을 제조할 수 있다.

도 2는 차아염소산나트륨의 농도가 0.128㎍/㎖일 때 반응시간에 따른 호기성 미생물의 살균 효과 및 판크레아틴의 주효소(아밀라아제, 리파아제 및 프로테아제) 활성 분석 결과를 나타낸 그래프이다.

- a) 동물 췌장의 분쇄물과 물을 혼합하고 염화칼슘 및 아세톤을 첨가하고 교반하여 판크레아틴이 분산 또는 용해된 조성물을 수득하는 단계;
b) 상기 조성물에 차아염소산나트륨(sodium hypochlorite)을 0.05 내지 16㎍/㎖의 농도가 되도록 첨가하고 1 내지 240분간 유지하는 단계;
c) 상기 차아염소산나트륨이 첨가된 조성물에 아세톤을 첨가하여 교반하고 고액분리하여 고형물을 수득하는 단계;
d) 상기 고형물을 아세톤으로 세척하는 단계; 및
e) 상기 세척된 고형물을 건조시키는 단계;를 포함하는 판크레아틴 제조방법. - 제 4항에 있어서,
상기 동물은 돼지 또는 소인 것을 특징으로 하는 판크레아틴 제조방법. - 제 4항에 있어서,
상기 b)단계는 차아염소산나트륨을 0.128 내지 8㎍/㎖의 농도가 되도록 첨가하고 5 내지 60분간 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 판크레아틴 제조방법.
