Claims (8)
- 케이싱(1)에 장착된 샤프트(12)와,
상기 샤프트(12)에 회전 가능하게 축지지되어, 원통형의 내면 또는 이형(異型)의 내면을 가진 구동 실린더(8)와,
상기 구동 실린더(8) 내에 설치된 로터(11)로서, 상기 로터(11)의 외주가 상기 구동 실린더(8)의 내주에 접촉부(C)에서 접하도록 상기 구동 실린더(8)의 제 1 회전 중심(O1)에 대하여 편심한 제 2 회전 중심(O2)을 가진 로터(11)와,
상기 구동 실린더(8)와 상기 로터(11)가 등속 회전 운동하도록 연결하는 전동 기구(30)와,
상기 구동 실린더(8)의 내주와 상기 로터(11)의 외주에서 형성되는 공간을 구획하는 구획 플레이트(14, 14a, 140)를 구비하는 회전형 압축 기구로서,
상기 구획 플레이트는 상기 구동 실린더(8)의 내주 근처 또는 상기 로터(11)의 외주 근처에 상기 구획 플레이트의 한쪽의 단부가 출입 가능한 구조를 가지며,
상기 전동 기구가 상기 구동 실린더에 부착된 핀(31)과, 상기 로터에 설치된 내주 홈(32)의 복수 세트(31, 32)로 구성되고,
상기 핀(31)이 상기 내주 홈(32)의 내주를 슬라이딩하여 상기 구동 실린더의 회전에 의해 상기 로터에 토크를 전동(傳動)하는
회전형 압축 기구.

상기 내주 홈이 링(32a)의 내주면으로 구성된
회전형 압축 기구.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서,
상기 샤프트와 상기 로터에 흡입 통로(17, 18, 20)를 설치하여 작동실(10) 내에 흡입을 실시하고, 상기 구동 실린더의 측면부(8a) 또는 외주부에 토출 밸브부(22)를 설치하여 토출을 실시하도록 한
회전형 압축 기구.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서,
상기 구획 플레이트의 일단은 구동 실린더에 요동 가능하게 부착되어 있고, 상기 구획 플레이트의 타단은 상기 로터와 슬라이딩 가능하게, 또한 요동 가능하게 부착되어 있는
회전형 압축 기구.
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 구획 플레이트의 일단은 구동 실린더에 요동 가능하게 부착되어 있고, 상기 구획 플레이트의 타단은 평판으로 구성되고, 상기 평판이 원통면과 평면으로 구성된 2개의 슈(shoes)(133)로 끼워 넣어져 있는
회전형 압축 기구.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서,
상기 구획 플레이트는 평판으로 구성되고, 일단이 구동 실린더의 내주면에 접촉하도록 상기 로터에 슬라이딩 가능하게 부착되어 있거나, 또는 일단이 로터의 외주면에 접촉하도록 상기 구동 실린더에 슬라이딩 가능하게 부착되어 있는
회전형 압축 기구.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서,
상기 구동 실린더의 외주에 전동 모터의 회전자(3)가 일체화되어 연결되고, 상기 구동 실린더는 상기 제 1 회전 중심(O1)을 따른 상기 회전자(3)의 축길이의 범위 내, 또는 적어도 일부가 중복된 범위에 설치되어 있는
회전형 압축 기구.
