Claims (17)
- 글리세린의 탈수에 의한 아크롤레인의 제조방법에 있어서, 탈수가, 헤테로폴리산의 양성자가 원소 주기율표의 1 족 내지 16 족에 속하는 원소로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 양이온과 적어도 부분적으로 교환되는 하나 이상의 화합물을 주로 포함하는 촉매의 존재 하에 수행되고, 상기 화합물이 하기 일반 화학식 (1) 로 표시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법:

H 는 수소이고,
A 는 수소를 제외한 원소 주기율표의 1 족 내지 16 족에 속하는 원소로부터 선택되는 양이온이며,
X 는 P 또는 Si 이고,
Y 는 W, Mo 및 V 를 포함하는 군으로부터 선택되는 원소이며,
Z 는 W, Mo, Ti, Zr, V, Nb, Ta, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Ga, In, Tl, Sn 및 Pb 를 포함하는 군으로부터 선택되는 원소이고,
a, b, c 및 d 는 하기 범위에 있으며:
0 ≤ a < 9,
0 < b ≤ 9,
0 < c ≤ 12,
0 ≤ d < 12,
e 는 원소의 산화수에 의해 결정되는 수이고, n 은 0 또는 임의의 양수임]. - 삭제

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 촉매가 원소 주기율표의 1 족 내지 16 족에 속하는 원소로부터 선택되는 금속 또는 오늄 용액을 헤테로폴리산 용액에 첨가하는 단계 및 생성되는 고체 혼합물을 소성하는 단계에 의해 제조되는 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 소성이 공기, 불활성 기체, 또는 산소와 불활성 기체의 혼합물 하에 수행되는 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 소성이 150 내지 900℃ 의 온도에서 0.5 내지 10 시간 동안 실행되는 방법.
