Claims (6)
- 용선을 교반시키고 탈황 처리할 때에,
상기 용선에, 칼슘알루미네이트와 생석회를, 질량 농도비(比) Al2O3/(Al2O3+CaO)가 0 초과 0.20 이하, 또한 상기 칼슘알루미네이트의 혼합률이 0mass% 초과 75mass% 이하가 되도록 혼합시킨 탈황제를 상기 용선에 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용선의 탈황 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 용선을 탈황할 때에, 기계 교반식 탈황 장치를 이용하는 용선의 탈황 방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 탈황제를 상기 용선에 첨가할 때에, 상기 탈황제를 상첨가(top addition)하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용선의 탈황 방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 탈황제를 상기 용선에 첨가할 때에, 상기 탈황제를 상취 랜스를 통하여, 상기 탈황제의 반송용 가스와 함께 상취(top blowing) 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용선의 탈황 방법. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 칼슘알루미네이트와 상기 생석회를 상기 상취 랜스로의 반송 중에 혼합시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 용선의 탈황 방법. - 칼슘알루미네이트와 생석회를, 질량 농도비 Al2O3/(Al2O3+CaO)가 0 초과 0.20 이하, 또한 상기 칼슘알루미네이트의 혼합률이 0mass% 초과 75mass% 이하가 되도록 혼합시킨 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 탈황제.
