Abstract
본 발명의 배터리팩은, 음극탭과 양극탭으로 이루어지는 한 쌍의 전극탭이 일측에 형성되며 나란히 배열되는 복수 개의 전지셀; 서로 이웃하는 상기 전지셀의 전극탭 사이에 개재되며 상기 전극탭들이 구부러진 후 접촉되어 전기적으로 연결되고, 전극탭과 마주하는 부분에는 절곡에 의한 탄성을 가짐으로써 전극탭을 가압하는 탄성가압부가 형성되어 있는 커넥터;를 포함하여 구성된다.
따라서 전극탭과 커넥터를 연결하기 위해 커넥터와 커넥터 사이에 위치된 전극탭을 커넥터 방향으로 구부릴 때 원활하게 구부릴 수 있고, 전극탭을 구부림에 있어 커넥터와 접지면이 넓게 확보되도록 구부릴 수 있어 용접 등의 연결작업이 용이한 특징이 있다.
또, 커넥터와 전극탭의 접지면이 넓게 확보되도록 할 수 있으므로 전류의 흐름이 원활한 배터리팩이 되도록 할 수 있는 특징이 있다.

Claims (3)
- 이차전지 배터리팩에 있어서,
음극탭과 양극탭으로 이루어지는 전극탭이 일측에 형성되며 나란히 배열되는 복수 개의 전지셀;
서로 이웃하는 상기 전지셀의 두 쌍의 전극탭 사이에 개재되며, 전극탭과 마주하는 부분에는 전극탭을 가압하는 탄성가압부가 형성되어 있는 커넥터;를 포함하여 구성되되,
상기 커넥터는,
마주보는 한 쌍의 전극탭 사이에 개재되며, 상기 한 쌍의 전극탭이 구부러진 후 접촉될 경우 상기 한 쌍의 전극탭을 전기적으로 연결하는 제1연결부재가 형성된 연결커넥터; 및
마주보는 다른 한 쌍의 전극탭 사이에 개재되며, 상기 다른 한 쌍의 전극탭을 전기적으로 연결시키지 않는 상태로 바깥쪽으로 밀착시키는 고정커넥터;를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는, 배터리 팩.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 탄성가압부는 커넥터의 길이 방향으로 복수 개 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 배터리팩.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 전극탭은 커넥터 방향으로 구부러진 후 커넥터와 접촉된 상태에서 용접되어 커넥터와 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 배터리팩.
