Claims (7)
- 아이솔레이터 디커플러(isolator decoupler)로서,
샤프트;
저마찰 부싱 상에서 샤프트에 저널링(journalling)되는 스프링 캐리어;
저마찰 부싱 상에서 샤프트에 저널링되고, 저마찰 부싱 상에서 스프링 캐리어에 저널링되는 풀리;
풀리와 스프링 캐리어 사이에 커플링되는 토션 스프링; 및
샤프트와 마찰식으로 맞물리고, 스프링 캐리어에 커플링되는 일방향 클러치 스프링
을 포함하고, 상기 일방향 클러치 스프링은 토션 스프링의 반경방향 내측에 배치되고,
상기 풀리는 일방향 클러치 스프링의 단부와 일시적으로 맞물릴 수 있고, 이에 따라 일방향 클러치 스프링의 내경이 일시적으로 확대되어, 일방향 클러치 스프링과 샤프트 표면의 마찰식 맞물림이 일시적으로 저감되는 것인 아이솔레이터 디커플러. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 토션 스프링은 풀림(unwinding) 방향으로 로딩(loading)되는 것인 아이솔레이터 디커플러.
- 아이솔레이터 디커플러로서,
샤프트;
스프링 캐리어;
저마찰 부싱 상에서 스프링 캐리어와 샤프트에 저널링되는 풀리;
풀리와 스프링 캐리어 사이에 커플링되는 토션 스프링; 및
샤프트 둘레를 감싸고, 마찰식 맞물림부를 지니며, 스프링 캐리어에 커플링되는 랩 스프링 일방향 클러치
를 포함하고, 랩 스프링 일방향 클러치는 토션 스프링의 반경방향 내측에 배치되며,
풀리는 풀림 방향으로 랩 스프링 일방향 클러치의 단부와 일시적으로 맞물릴 수 있고, 이에 의해 랩 스프링 일방향 클러치의 내경이 일시적으로 확대되어, 랩 스프링 일방향 클러치 단부와 풀리의 일시적인 접촉이 샤프트 표면으로부터 랩 스프링 일방향 클러치의 마찰식 맞물림을 일시적으로 해제할 수 있는 것인 아이솔레이터 디커플러. - 제3항에 있어서, 상기 토션 스프링은 풀림 방향으로 로딩되는 것인 아이솔레이터 디커플러.
- 아이솔레이터 디커플러로서,
샤프트;
저마찰 부싱 상에서 샤프트에 저널링되는 스프링 캐리어;
샤프트에 저널링되고, 또한 저마찰 부싱 상에서 스프링 캐리어에 저널링되는 풀리;
풀리와 스프링 캐리어 사이에 커플링되는 토션 스프링; 및
스프링 캐리어에 커플링되고, 샤프트에 마찰식으로 맞물리는 일방향 클러치 스프링
을 포함하고,
상기 일방향 클러치 스프링은 토션 스프링의 반경방향 내측에 배치되며,
상기 풀리는 풀림 방향으로 일방향 클러치 스프링의 단부와 일시적으로 맞물릴 수 있고, 이에 의해 일방향 클러치 스프링의 내경이 일시적으로 확대되어, 일방향 클러치 스프링의 단부와 풀리 간의 일시적인 접촉이 일방향 클러치 스프링과 샤프트 표면의 마찰식 맞물림을 일시적으로 저감시키는 것인 아이솔레이터 디커플러. - 제5항에 있어서, 상기 토션 스프링은 풀림 방향으로 로딩되는 것인 아이솔레이터 디커플러.
