Abstract
질량%로, 소정의 성분 함유량을 가진 페라이트계 스테인리스강에 있어서, 통상의 부식 환경하에서는 아래와 같이 1식을 만족하는 성분계로 함으로써 내부식성을 높일 수 있다. 또한, 심한 부식 환경 하에서는 1식에 규정하는 성분의 관계뿐만이 아니라, 용접 비드의 이면 노출 폭과 강판 판 두께와의 관계가 2식을 만족함으로써, 틈 부식에 강한 용접 구조체로 할 수 있다. 또한, 용접 강도를 향상시키기 위하여 Nb와 V의 함유량이 3식도 만족함으로써, 용접 강도가 높은 용접 구조체를 얻을 수 있다.

Description
도 2(a)는 본 발명에서 사용한 TIG 용접 틈 구조의 개략도이다. 도 2(b)는 도 2(a)의 용접 부분의 확대도이다. 본원에 있어서 단지 도 2라고 하는 경우에는 도 2(a)와 도 2(b)의 양쪽을 모두 나타내는 것으로 한다.
도 3은 심한 부식 환경에 있어서의 (2식)과 Ar 가스 실드를 생략한 경우의 틈 부식 깊이와의 관계를 나타내는 도면이다.
도 4는 (3식)과 용접부 경도의 관계를 나타내는 도면이다.
도 5는 본 발명의 실시 형태의 일례를 나타내는 도면이다. 도 5(a)는 겹치기 필릿 TIG 용접을, 도 5(b)는 필릿 TIG 용접의 예를 나타낸다.

Claims (3)
- 페라이트계 스테인리스 강판끼리를, 토치 반대측의 가스 실드를 생략하고 TIG 용접한 용접 구조물에 있어서, 상기 페라이트계 스테인리스 강판의 성분이, 질량%로,
C:0.002 내지 0.020%,
Si:0.05 내지 0.30%,
Mn:0.01 내지 0.50%,
Cr:16.0 내지 25.0%,
Mo:0.30 내지 3.00%,
Al:0.005 내지 0.150%,
Ti:0.05 내지 0.30%,
Nb:0.10 내지 0.50%,
N:0.002 내지 0.025%,
P:0.035% 이하,
S:0.0100% 이하,
V:0.05 내지 1.00%를 함유하고, 잔부가 Fe 및 불가피한 불순물로 이루어지며,
또한 Si, Al, Ti의 함유량이 1식을 만족하고,
상기 TIG 용접한 부분의 상기 페라이트계 스테인리스 강판의 이면에 노출된 용접 금속의 비드 폭(Wb)과 상기 페라이트계 스테인리스 강판의 판 두께(t)가 2식을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트계 스테인리스강의 용접 구조물.

의 1종 또는 2종 이상을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트계 스테인리스강의 용접 구조물. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 페라이트계 스테인리스 강판의 성분에 있어서의 Nb와 V가 3식을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트계 스테인리스강의 용접 구조물.
