Claims (7)
- 전지모듈에 구비된 복층의 냉각관에 복층의 주입관이 구비된 냉매 매니폴드를 동시에 결합시키는 냉매 매니폴드 지그에 있어서,
상기 주입관이 외측을 향하게 냉매 매니폴드가 고정되는 지그본체; 및
상기 주입관을 상기 냉각관 상에 정렬시킨 상태에서 상기 냉매 매니폴드가 상기 냉각관에 장착되도록 상기 지그본체를 가압하는 가압부재를 포함하고,
상기 가압부재는 상기 지그본체의 양 단부에 회동 가능하게 설치되는 한 쌍의 레버부와, 일단부가 상기 전지모듈에 고정 가능하게 마련되고 타단부가 상기 레버부에 설치되는 걸림부를 포함하고,
상기 걸림부에 고정된 상태의 상기 전지모듈은 상기 레버부의 회동방향에 따라 상기 지그본체에 가까운 방향으로 이동하거나 상기 지그본체로부터 멀어지는 방향으로 이동하며,
상기 걸림부의 타단부는 상기 레버부에 회전 가능하게 설치되고,
상기 걸림부는 상기 전지모듈에 고정 가능하게 마련되는 제1 걸림편과, 상기 레버부에 설치되는 제2 걸림편을 포함하며,
상기 제1 및 제2 걸림편은 길이방향으로 이동 가능하게 결합되는 한편, 조임편의 조임력에 의해 이동되지 않게 고정되고,
상기 지그본체에는 상기 냉매 매니폴드가 끼워져 고정되는 고정홈이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉매 매니폴드 지그. - 삭제

상기 냉매관이 위치한 상기 방열판의 양 단부에는 상기 걸림부가 걸려서 고정되는 걸림턱이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉매 매니폴드 지그.
