- 소스 공진기에 근접한 이물질을 검출하는 시스템이며, 상기 시스템은,
소스 공진기를 포함하는 카메라 시야를 갖도록 장착되며, 카메라의 화소에 의해 검출되는 가시광 강도를 나타내는 화상 데이터를 출력하도록 구성되는 가시광 카메라,
소스 공진기를 포함하는 센서 시야를 갖도록 장착되며, 다중 구역의 각각에 대한 구역 온도를 나타내는 열 데이터를 출력하도록 구성되는 다중 구역 온도 센서, 및
제어기를 포함하고,
상기 제어기는, 가시광 카메라 및 다중 구역 온도 센서와 통신하며, 그리고
상기 가시광 카메라로부터 가시광 화상 데이터를 수취하고,
강도 데이터 셀의 배열로서 특징지어지는 강도 맵을 결정하고,
강도 맵의 영역에서 강도 대상을 지정하고,
다중 구역 온도 센서로부터 열 데이터를 수취하고,
열 데이터 셀의 배열로서 특징지어지는 열 맵을 결정하고,
