Claims (25)
- 용융된 하기 일반식(I)의 하이드로퀴논 비스포스페이트를 물과 수용성 용매(water miscible solvent)의 혼합물에 용매화시켜(solvating) 용액을 형성하는 단계;
[상기 식에서, R1, R2, R3 및 R4 는 각기 독립적으로 페닐이고, Y 는 2가 페닐기이며, 그리고 n 은 1.0 내지 1.4의 평균 값을 가짐]
상기 단계에서 얻은 용액을 일정 기간 동안 그리고 고형 생성물(solid product)의 결정화를 제공하는 온도로 냉각시키는 단계;
상기 생성물의 결정화 개시 전, 상기 생성물의 결정화 동안, 상기 생성물의 결정화 개시 후, 및 상기 생성물의 결정화 완료 후로 구성되는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 하나의 시점에서, 가수분해에 안정한 용액을 얻기 위하여 염기를 첨가하여 상기 용액의 pH를 증가시키는 중화 단계;
결정화가 완료된 후에,
상기 용액으로부터 고형 생성물을 분리하는 단계;
상기 분리된 고형 생성물을, 상기 물과 수용성 용매의 혼합물과 동일한 물과 수용성 용매의 혼합물, 및 상기 물과 수용성 용매의 혼합물과 다른 물과 수용성 용매의 혼합물로 구성되는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 하나의 혼합물로 세척하는 단계; 그리고,
상기 물과 수용성 용매의 혼합물에서 세척된 상기 고형 생성물을 물로 세척하는 단계를 포함하여 구성되는, 하이드로퀴논 비스포스페이트의 정제 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하이드로퀴논 비스포스페이트가, 하이드로퀴논 비스-(다이페닐포스페이트)인, 하이드로퀴논 비스포스페이트의 정제 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용융된 하이드로퀴논 비스포스페이트가 수용성 용매에 먼저 용매화되고, 그 다음에 물이 첨가되는, 하이드로퀴논 비스포스페이트의 정제 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 물과 수용성 용매의 혼합물이 물과 수용성 용매의 공비 혼합물(azeotropic mixture)인, 하이드로퀴논 비스포스페이트의 정제 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용액의 pH를 증가시키는 중화 단계가, 결정화의 개시 전에만 수행되는, 하이드로퀴논 비스포스페이트의 정제 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용액의 pH를 증가시키는 중화 단계가. 상기 생성물의 결정화가 완료된 후에만 수행되는, 하이드로퀴논 비스포스페이트의 정제 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용액의 pH를 증가시키는 중화 단계로부터 얻어진 용액의 pH가 5 내지 10인, 하이드로퀴논 비스포스페이트의 정제 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수용성 용매가 1차 알코올인, 하이드로퀴논 비스포스페이트의 정제 방법.
