Claims (10)
- 외부로부터 밀폐 형성시킨 2중 챔버(20) 내에 폐수은 램프(1)를 수개 안착 수용하는 단계;
2중 챔버의 도어(21)를 폐쇄한 후 진공펌프에 의해 2중 챔버 내부를 진공으로 형성하는 단계;
2중 챔버(20) 내부에서 에어 실린더(31)의 상하 운용으로 분쇄로드(33)가 폐수은 램프(1)를 가압하면서 파쇄 실시하는 단계;
히터를 작동시켜 폐수은 램프 파쇄 시 유발되는 수은을 2중 챔버(20) 내부에서 기화 유도하는 단계;
히터를 통해 기화된 수은이 배관(5)을 타고 응축기(40)로 이동하여 포집부(50)에 포집되는 단계;
히터 정지 및 진공 해제하면서 냉각수를 순환시켜 2중 챔버(20)를 냉각하는 단계;
2중 챔버 도어(21)를 개방하여 텅스텐 전극을 회수하는 단계;를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐수은 램프의 텅스텐 전극 회수방법.
