Abstract
Description
Claims (10)
2) 교반 탱크 반응기에서, 특정 압력을 설정하고 예비중합체의 제조를 위한 원하는 반응 온도로 단량체 혼합물을 교반과 함께 가열하는 단계 (여기서, 상기 단계 2)의 반응을 70 내지 350℃ 범위의 온도 및 3 내지 100 bar의 최대 압력에서 수행하며, 전환이 아미노기 및 카르복시기를 기준으로 50 내지 97%에 도달하면 교반 탱크 반응기에서의 반응을 종료하고, 용액 점도측정에 의해 측정한 예비중합체의 고유 점도는 3 내지 200 ml/g임),
5) 수증기를 배출시키면서, 추가의 폴리아미드-형성 단량체 또는 폴리아미드를 사용하지 않고 분자량의 추가의 증가를 위해, 배기 압출기에서 120 내지 370℃ 범위의 온도 및 0.01 내지 20 bar의 압력에서 용융물 상태의 단계 2)로부터의 반응 혼합물을 반응시키는 단계 (여기서, 단계 2)로부터의 반응 혼합물을 단계 5)의 배기 압출기로 바로 통과시키며, 평행하게 설치된 둘 이상의 교반 탱크 반응기는 교호로 작동하고, 이들의 반응 생성물을 배기 압출기로 번갈아 도입함)
에 의한, 디카르복실산 및 디아민을 기재로 하는 폴리아미드의 회분식 제조 방법으로서,
얻어진 폴리아미드가 20% 이상의 결정도를 갖고,
a) 4 내지 18개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 지방족 디카르복실산, 및
b) 4 내지 16개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 지방족 디아민
으로 이루어지는 것인 방법.
