Claims (15)
- a. 하나 이상의 투명한 전기 절연 기판(2),
b. 전력을 전송하기 위한 2 개의 전기적 버스바(4.1 및 4.2)에 연결된 하나 이상의 전기 전도성 투명 코팅(3),
c. 전기 전도성 코팅(3)이 없는 하나 이상의 국부적인 투명 영역(5), 및
d. 국부적인 투명 영역(5)의 주연부를 적어도 부분적으로 둘러싸고 하나 이상의 중단부(6.1)를 가지며 코팅(3)의 전기 저항(Ω/□)보다 낮은 전기 저항(Ω/□)을 갖는, 코팅(3)에 적용된 전기 전도성 밴드(6)를 포함하는,
전기적으로 가열가능한 투명체(1). - 제1항에 있어서, 전기 전도성 밴드(6)가 2 개의 버스바 중 하나(4.1 또는 4.2)에 연결되는, 전기적으로 가열가능한 투명체(1).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 단 하나의 전기 전도성 밴드(6)가 존재하고, 여기에 하나 이상의 중단부(6.1)가 배치되는, 전기적으로 가열가능한 투명체(1).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 전기 전도성 밴드(6)가 둘 이상의 중단부(6.1)를 갖는, 전기적으로 가열가능한 투명체(1).
- 제4항에 있어서, 둘 이상의 전기 전도성 밴드(6)가 존재하고, 둘 이상의 전기 전도성 밴드(6)의 둘 이상의 평행 영역 사이에 둘 이상의 중단부(6.1)가 배치되는, 전기적으로 가열가능한 투명체(1).
- 제5항에 있어서, 둘 이상의 전기 전도성 밴드(6) 중 하나 이상이 밴드 내에 하나 이상의 중단부(6.1)를 갖는, 전기적으로 가열가능한 투명체(1).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 전기 전도성 밴드(6)가 영역(5)의 주연부를 완전히 둘러싸는, 전기적으로 가열가능한 투명체(1).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 전기 전도성 밴드(6)의 두께가 10 내지 100 ㎛인, 전기적으로 가열가능한 투명체(1).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 전기 전도성 밴드(6)의 전기 저항이 0.35 Ω/□ 미만인, 전기적으로 가열가능한 투명체(1).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 전기 전도성 밴드(6)의 폭이 500 ㎛ 내지 3 cm인, 전기적으로 가열가능한 투명체(1).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 관련 밴드(6)가 연결되는 버스바(4.1 또는 4.2)에 평행하거나 실질적으로 평행하게 놓인 전기 전도성 밴드(6)의 영역(6.2)은 관련 버스바(4.1 또는 4.2)로 이어지는 영역(6.3)보다 폭이 넓은, 전기적으로 가열가능한 투명체(1).
- (Ⅰ) 전기 전도성 물질(3.1)을 투명한 전기 절연 기판(2) 상에 적용하여, 물질(3.1)을 함유한 하나 이상의 전기 전도성 투명 코팅(3) 및 전기 전도성 코팅(3)이 없는 하나 이상의 국부적인 투명 영역(5)을 생성하고,
(Ⅱ) 코팅(3)을 2 개의 버스바(4.1 및 4.2)에 연결하고,
(Ⅲ) 하나 이상의 중단부(6.1)를 갖고 코팅(3)의 전기 저항(Ω/□)보다 낮은 전기 저항(Ω/□)을 갖는 전기 전도성 밴드(6)를 적어도 부분적으로 하나 이상의 영역(5)의 주연부의 코팅(3)에 적용하는,
전기적으로 가열가능한 투명체(1)의 제조 방법. - 제12항에 있어서, 공정 단계(Ⅲ)에서 하나 이상의 전기 전도성 밴드(6)가 전기 전도성 코팅(3) 위에 인쇄되는, 전기적으로 가열가능한 투명체(1)의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 육상, 항공 및 수상 교통 수단, 및 가구, 설비 및 건설 분야에서 사용되는 전기적으로 가열가능한 투명체(1).
- 제14항에 있어서, 전기 전도성 코팅이 없는 하나 이상의 국부적인 투명 영역(5)이 데이터 전송 창으로 기능하는 전기적으로 가열가능한 투명체(1).
