Claims (5)
- 다공질 기재와,
상기 다공질 기재의 적어도 편면에 마련되며, 접착성 수지를 함유하는 접착성 다공질층을 구비하고, 상기 접착성 수지가 중량 평균 분자량이 30만 이상 300만 이하인 폴리불화비닐리덴계 수지이며,
상기 접착성 다공질층은, 내부에 다수의 미세공을 갖고, 이들 미세공이 연결된 구조로 되어 있으며, 한쪽의 면으로부터 다른 쪽의 면으로 기체 혹은 액체가 통과 가능하게 된 다공질층이며,
하기의 세공경(細孔徑) 분포 측정 시험에 의해 측정한 그 비수전해질 전지용 세퍼레이터의 공경 분포에 있어서, 최대 피크의 극대값에 있어서의 공경이 0.02㎛∼0.1㎛의 범위에 있고,
하기에서 정의되는 공경 분포 범위값 ε가 0.4 이하인 비수 전해질 전지용 세퍼레이터.
공경 분포 범위값 ε : 공경 분포의 적산값이 90%에 상당하는 공경 D90, 공경 분포의 적산값이 10%에 상당하는 공경 D10, 및, 공경 분포의 적산값이 50%에 상당하는 공경 D50으로부터, 다음 식으로 계산하여 구해지는 값
ε=(D90-D10)/D50
세공경 분포 측정 시험: 펌포로미터 다공질 재료 자동 세공경 분포 측정 시스템을 사용하여, 시액으로서 퍼플루오로폴리에스테르를 사용하고, 하프드라이법(ASTM E1294-89)을 적용하여 측정하는 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 세퍼레이터의, 상기 최대 피크의 극대값에 있어서의 공경과,
상기 다공질 기재의, 세공경 분포 측정 시험을 사용하여 측정한 공경 분포에 있어서 최대 피크의 극대값에 있어서의 공경과의 차가, 0.04㎛ 이하인 비수 전해질 전지용 세퍼레이터. - 삭제
