Claims (18)
- 차량의 전동식 폐쇄 부재(1)를 작동시키기 위한 제어 시스템으로서, 조작 이벤트를 검출하기 위해 제어장치(3)와 적어도 하나의 거리 센서(4)가 제공되고, 상기 거리 센서(4)에 의해 사용자(B)에 대한 거리가 검출될 수 있는 제어 시스템에 있어서,
상기 거리 센서(4)는 센서 연장부(5)를 따라 가변적인 감도를 갖고, 상기 센서 연장부(5)를 따른 사용자-종방향 이동은 상기 센서 연장부(5)를 따른 감도 변화(S)에 의해 시간에 따른 센서 신호 변화(A)에 패턴(8, 9)을 형성하고, 상기 제어장치(3)는 상기 패턴을 적어도 조작 이벤트의 부분으로 검출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어 시스템. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 거리 센서(4)의 상기 센서 연장부(5)는 적어도 부분적으로 직선으로 연장되고, 및/또는 상기 센서 연장부(5)는 적어도 부분적으로 곡선으로 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어 시스템.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 거리 센서(4)는 센서 소자(10)를 포함하고, 상기 센서 소자는 상기 거리 센서(4)의 상기 센서 연장부(5)를 따라 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어 시스템.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 센서 소자(10)는 긴 측정 전극이고, 상기 전극은 적어도 하나의 전기 도체로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어 시스템.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 센서 연장부(5)를 따른 감도 변화(S)는 적어도 하나의 최대치(M) 및/또는 적어도 하나의 최소치를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어 시스템.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 최대치들(M)은 서로 및/또는 상기 최소치들은 서로 상기 센서 연장부(5)를 따라 등거리로 배치되지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어 시스템.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 최대치(M) 및/또는 상기 최소치들은 상기 센서 연장부(5)에 걸쳐 비대칭으로 분포되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어 시스템.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 센서 연장부(5)를 따른 감도 변화(S)는, 상기 센서 연장부(5)를 따른 사용자-종방향 이동 시 시간에 따른 센서 신호 변화에 형성되는 패턴(8, 9)으로부터 제어장치(3)에 의해 사용자(B)의 이동 방향이 결정될 수 있도록 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어 시스템.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 센서 연장부(5)를 따른 감도 변화(S)는, 상기 센서 연장부(5)를 따른 사용자-종방향 이동 시 시간에 따른 센서 신호 변화에 형성되는 패턴(8, 9)으로부터 상기 제어장치(3)에 의해 상기 센서 연장부(5)를 따른 사용자(B)의 제 1 위치가 결정될 수 있도록 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어 시스템.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 거리 센서(4)에 상기 센서 연장부(5)를 따라 적어도 2개의 검출 영역(12, 13)이 할당되고, 상기 검출 영역들은 상기 센서 연장부(5)를 따라 각각 상이한 감도 변화(S)를 가지므로, 상기 검출 영역(12, 13)에서 상기 센서 연장부(5)를 따른 사용자-종방향 이동은 시간에 따른 센서 신호 변화(A)에 상이한 부분 패턴들(14, 15)을 형성하고, 상기 부분 패턴들(14, 15)은 상기 검출 영역(12, 13) 내의 감도 변화(S)에 기인하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어 시스템.
- 전동식 폐쇄 부재(1)을 포함하는 차량에 있어서,
제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 따른 상기 전동식 폐쇄 부재(1)를 작동시키기 위한 제어 시스템(3)이 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량. - 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 차량은 차체부(16)를 포함하고, 거리 센서(4)는 장착된 상태에서 상기 차체부 내에 또는 후방에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 센서 연장부(5)를 따른 감도 변화(S)는 상기 차체부(16)의 리어 스커트의 제 1 절반에서 최대치(M) 또는 최소치들의 제 1 수를 갖고, 상기 리어 스커트의 제 2 절반에서는 최대치(M) 또는 최소치들의 제 2 수를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 따른 차량의 전동식 폐쇄 부재(1)를 작동시키기 위한 제어 시스템의 작동 방법으로서, 거리 센서(4)의 센서 연장부(5)를 따른 사용자-종방향 이동은 상기 센서 연장부(5)를 따른 감도 변화(S)에 의해 시간에 따른 센서 신호 변화(A)에 패턴(8, 9)을 형성하고, 상기 패턴은 제어장치(3)에 의해 적어도 조작 이벤트의 부분으로 검출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 조작 이벤트는 상기 센서 연장부(5)에 대해 실질적으로 수직인 사용자-횡방향 이동을 포함하고, 상기 이동은 시간에 따른 센서 신호 변화(A)에 사용자(B)에 대한 거리의 변동에 기인하는 패턴(8, 9)을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 센서 소자(10)는 적어도 부분적으로 상기 센서 연장부(5)에 대해 평행하게 정렬되고, 및/또는 상기 센서 소자(10)는 감도에 영향을 미치기 위해 적어도 부분적으로 평행한 정렬에서 벗어나는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어 시스템.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 센서 소자(10)는 감도에 영향을 미치기 위해 적어도 부분적으로 루프 형태로 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어 시스템.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 거리 센서(4)는 적어도 상기 차체부(16)의 실제 폭에 걸쳐 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량.
