Claims (5)
- 병렬식 라인형 바이오칩을 이용하여 생물학적 시료에 존재하는 물질의 농도를 측정하는 방법으로,
상기 바이오칩은 하나의 반응 용기 내에 병렬로 배치된 복수 개의 라인형 스트립(strip) 및 상기 스트립을 고정하는 용기를 포함하고, 상기 스트립은 마커를 포함하는 멤브레인이 지지체 위에 코팅된 것이고,
상기 마커에 상기 생물학적 시료를 접촉시킨 후, 상기 반응 용기 내에서 반응하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는,
병렬식 라인형 바이오칩을 이용하여 생물학적 시료에 존재하는 물질의 농도를 측정하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 마커는 단백질, 항원, 항체, DNA, RNA, PNA, 약물(drug), 화합물(chemical) 및 압타머로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 생물학적 시료는 조직, 세포, 전혈, 혈청, 혈장, 타액, 뇌척수액, 및 뇨로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 물질은 면역글로불린 E(IgE), 자가항체, 사이토카인, 단백질, 약물, 화합물, DNA, 및 RNA로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항의 방법을 이용하여 측정한 물질을 분석하기 위한 리더기.
