Claims (25)
- 표피부에 장섬유를 갖고, 중심부에 단섬유를 갖는 복합사를 포함하는 낚시줄에 있어서, 중심부의 단섬유의 섬유 길이가 5 내지 500 mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 낚시줄.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중심부의 단섬유의 단사가 중첩되어 있거나, 서로 얽혀 있거나, 또는 서로 꼬아져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 낚시줄.
- 삭제
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 중심부의 단섬유의 비중이 1.0 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 낚시줄.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 중심부의 단섬유가 낚시줄의 비중을 조정하기 위하여 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 낚시줄.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 중심부의 단섬유가 합성 섬유, 재생 섬유, 금속 섬유, 세라믹 섬유 및 유리 섬유로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 섬유를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 낚시줄.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 중심부의 단섬유가 폴리에스테르계 섬유, 유리 섬유, 또는 불소수지계 섬유를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 낚시줄.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 표피부의 장섬유가 초고강력 섬유를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 낚시줄.
- 제8항에 있어서, 표피부의 초고강력 섬유의 장섬유가 복합사 전체의 12 중량% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 낚시줄.
- 제8항에 있어서, 초고강력 섬유가 분자량 300,000 이상의 초고분자량 폴리에틸렌 섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 낚시줄.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 표피부가, 중심부의 주변에 브레이딩된 장섬유로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 낚시줄.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 표피부가 중심부를 귄회(捲回)하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 낚시줄.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 표피부의 장섬유와 중심부의 단섬유가 서로 얽혀 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 낚시줄.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 표피부와 중심부를 포함하는 복합사 또는 낚시줄의 최외층이 수지에 의해 코팅되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 낚시줄.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제조 과정에 있어서 가열하 또는 비가열하에서 연신된 경력을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 낚시줄.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 장섬유가 초고분자량 폴리에틸렌 섬유를 포함하고, 단섬유가 불소수지계 섬유를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 낚시줄.
- 표피부에 장섬유를 사용하고, 중심부에 융점이 표피부의 장섬유보다 높은 장섬유를 사용하여 복합사를 제조하고, 상기 복합사를 가열하에서 연신하여 표피부의 장섬유를 파단시키지 않고 중심부의 장섬유만을 단섬유로 파단시키는 것을 포함하는 제1항에 따른 낚시줄의 제조방법.
- 표피부에 장섬유를 사용하고, 중심부에 강도가 표피부의 장섬유보다 낮은 장섬유를 사용하여 복합사를 제조하고, 상기 복합사를 가열하에서 또는 비가열하에서 연신하여 표피부의 장섬유를 파단시키지 않고 중심부의 장섬유만을 단섬유로 파단시키는 것을 포함하는 제1항에 따른 낚시줄의 제조방법.
- 제17항 또는 제18항에 있어서, 중심부를 구성하는 단섬유의 단사 섬세도가 11 dtex 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 낚시줄의 제조방법.
- 표피부에 장섬유를 사용하고, 중심부에 융점이 표피부의 장섬유보다 높은 단섬유 또는 스테이플을 포함하는 방적사를 사용하여 복합사를 제조하고, 상기 복합사를 가열하에서 또는 비가열하에서 연신하여 표피부의 장섬유를 파단시키지 않고 중심부의 방적사만을 단섬유로 파단시키는 것을 포함하는 제1항에 따른 낚시줄의 제조방법.
- 제17항, 제18항, 또는 제20항에 있어서, 표피부의 장섬유의 강도가 8.8 cN/dtex를 초과하고, 중심부의 장섬유 또는 방적사의 강도가 4.4 cN/dtex 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 낚시줄의 제조방법.
- 제17항, 제18항, 또는 제20항에 있어서, 장섬유가 초고분자량 폴리에틸렌 섬유를 포함하고, 단섬유가 불소수지계 섬유를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
