Abstract
Description
도 2는 통상의 하이브리드 차량에서 크립 토크와 타행 주행 토크의 특성을 나타내는 도면이다.
도 3은 통상의 하이브리드 차량이 엔진 클러치 해제 상태로 구동모터의 회생력을 이용하여 타행 주행 토크가 구현되는 상태를 나타내는 도면이다.
도 4는 통상의 하이브리드 차량에서 엔진 클러치 접합 상태로 엔진 마찰력을 이용하여 타행 주행 토크가 구현되는 상태를 나타내는 도면이다.
도 5는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 모터 토크 제어 방법을 나타내는 순서도이다.
도 6은 도 5의 실시예에서 엔진 클러치 해제 동안 모터 토크 결정 방법을 나타내는 블록도이다.
도 7은 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 모터 토크 제어 방법을 나타내는 순서도이다.
도 8은 도 7의 실시예에서 엔진 클러치 접합 동안 모터 토크 결정 방법을 나타내는 블록도이다.

Claims (10)
- 차량 주행 동안 검출수단에 의해 검출되는 변속기 입력축 속도, 상기 변속기 입력축 속도로부터 구해지는 변속기 입력축 가속도 정보, 및 엔진 클러치 상태 정보를 취득하는 과정;
차량이 타행 주행 상태인지를 판단하는 과정;
차량의 타행 주행 상태에서 엔진 클러치 상태가 접합 해제 상태이면, 변속기 입력축 속도에 상응하는 엔진 마찰 토크와, 엔진 고유값 정보인 엔진 회전관성과, 상기 변속기 입력축 가속도에 기초하여 모터 토크 지령을 산출하는 과정; 및
상기 모터 토크 지령에 따라 차량 주행을 위한 구동모터의 토크를 제어하는 과정을 포함하는 하이브리드 차량의 타행 주행시 모터 토크 제어 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 모터 토크 지령은 '모터 토크 지령 = 엔진 마찰 토크 - 엔진 회전관성×변속기 입력축 가속도'의 식으로부터 구해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 타행 주행시 토크 제어 방법.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 엔진 마찰 토크는 맵으로부터 변속기 입력축 속도에 상응하는 값으로 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 타행 주행시 모터 토크 제어 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
차량의 타행 주행 상태에서 엔진 클러치 상태가 접합 상태이면, 모터 토크 지령을 0으로 결정하여 구동모터를 0 토크 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 타행 주행시 모터 토크 제어 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
엑셀페달 검출부를 통해 검출되는 엑셀페달 조작 상태 정보로부터 엑셀페달이 미조작 상태인 것을 판단하고 변속기 입력축 속도가 설정된 임계값보다 큰 경우, 차량이 타행 주행 상태인 것으로 판단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 타행 주행시 모터 토크 제어 방법.
- 차량 주행 동안 검출수단에 의해 검출되는 변속기 입력축 속도, 상기 변속기 입력축 속도로부터 구해지는 변속기 입력축 가속도 정보, 및 엔진 클러치 상태 정보를 취득하는 과정;
차량이 타행 주행 상태인지를 판단하는 과정;
차량의 타행 주행 상태에서 엔진 클러치 상태가 접합 상태이면, 엔진 고유값 정보인 엔진 회전관성과, 상기 변속기 입력축 가속도에 기초하여 모터 토크 지령을 산출하는 과정; 및
상기 모터 토크 지령에 따라 차량 주행을 위한 구동모터의 토크를 제어하는 과정을 포함하는 하이브리드 차량의 타행 주행시 모터 토크 제어 방법.
- 청구항 6에 있어서,
상기 모터 토크 지령은 '모터 토크 지령 = 엔진 회전관성×변속기 입력축 가속도'의 식으로부터 구해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 타행 주행시 토크 제어 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
차량의 타행 주행 상태에서 엔진 클러치 상태가 접합 해제 상태이면, 모터 토크 지령을 변속기 입력축 속도에 상응하는 엔진 마찰 토크로 결정하여 구동모터의 토크를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 타행 주행시 모터 토크 제어 방법.
- 청구항 8에 있어서,
상기 엔진 마찰 토크는 맵으로부터 변속기 입력축 속도에 상응하는 값으로 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 타행 주행시 모터 토크 제어 방법.
- 청구항 6에 있어서,
