Claims (22)
- 일반식 WyOz(단, W는 텅스텐, O는 산소, 2.2≤z/y≤2.999)로 표기되는 텅스텐 산화물 및
일반식 MxWyOz(단, M은 H, He, 알칼리금속, 알칼리토류금속, 희토류원소, Mg, Zr, Cr, Mn, Fe, Ru, Co, Rh, Ir, Ni, Pd, Pt, Cu, Ag, Au, Zn, Cd, Al, Ga, In, Tl, Si, Ge, Sn, Pb, Sb, B, F, P, S, Se, Br, Te, Ti, Nb, V, Mo, Ta, Re, Be, Hf, Os, Bi, 및 I 로부터 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 1종의 원소, W는 텅스텐, O는 산소, 0.001≤x/y≤1, 2.2≤z/y≤3)으로 표기되는 복합 텅스텐 산화물로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 1종의 미립자에 있어서,
상기 미립자 표면이 1차 입자 지름이 1㎚ 이상, 800㎚ 이하이며,
상기 미립자 표면이 유기 금속 화합물로 피복되고, 추가로 일반식 Si(OR)4(단, R은 동일 또는 이종의 탄소 원자수 1∼6의 1가 탄화수소기)로 표기되는 4관능성 실란 화합물 또는 이의 부분 가수분해 생성물로 피복되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 적외선 차폐 미립자. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 미립자 표면이 노출되지 않으며, 막 두께 5㎚ 이상, 30㎚ 이하의 상기 유기 금속 화합물 및 상기 4관능성 실란 화합물 또는 이의 부분 가수분해 생성물로 피복되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 적외선 차폐 미립자. - 삭제
- 청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서,
유기 용매에 분산된 상기 미립자의 분산액에 상기 유기 금속 화합물을 첨가하여 혼합액으로 함으로써 상기 미립자 표면을 상기 유기 금속 화합물로 피복한 후, 상기 혼합액을 교반하면서 상기 4관능성 실란 화합물 또는 이의 부분 가수분해 생성물을 첨가하여, 상기 유기 금속 화합물로 피복된 미립자의 표면을 상기 4관능성 실란 화합물 또는 이의 부분 가수 분해 생성물로 더 피복한 후, 상기 혼합액을 건고하고 상기 고화물을 분쇄처리하여 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 적외선 차폐 미립자. - 청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서,
상기 미립자의 입자 지름이 5㎚ 이상, 2㎛ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 적외선 차폐 미립자. - 청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서,
상기 유기금속 화합물이 알루미늄 알콜레이트화합물 또는 그 중합물,
환상 알루미늄 올리고머, 알콕시기함유 알루미늄킬레이트, 지르코늄 알콜레이트 화합물 또는 이들 중합물,
지르코늄킬레이트 화합물, 티탄알코올레이트 화합물, 또는 이들 중합물 및
티탄킬레이트 화합물로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 적어도 1종의 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 적외선 차폐 미립자. - 청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서,
상기 유기금속 화합물의 첨가량은 상기 미립자 100중량부에 대해, 금속 원소 환산으로 0.05중량부∼300중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 적외선 차폐 미립자. - 청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서,
상기 4관능성 텅스텐 화합물 또는 이의 부분 가수분해 생성물의 상기 미립자에 대한 비율이 이산화규소 환산으로 상기 미립자 1중량부에 대해 0.01∼100중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 적외선 차폐 미립자. - 청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서,
상기 미립자가 일반식 WyOz(단, W는 텅스텐, O는 산소, 2.45≤z/y≤2.999)로 표기되는 조성비의 마그네리상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적외선 차폐 미립자. - 청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서,
일반식 MxWyOz로 표기되는 상기 복합 텅스텐 산화물 미립자가 육방정, 정방정 및 입방정으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 결정구조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 적외선 차폐 미립자. - 청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서,
상기 M이 Ca, Rb, K, Tl, In, Ba, Li, Ca, Sr, Fe, 및 Sn로 이루어진 군으로 부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 원소이며, 또한 상기 복합 텅스텐 산화물 미립자가 육방정의 결정구조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 적외선 차폐 미립자. - 청구항 1에 기재된 적외선 차폐 미립자가 액체 매질 또는 고체매질 중에 분산된 것을 특징으로 하는 적외선 차폐 미립자 분산체.
- 청구항 12에 있어서,
상기 고체 매질이 수지 또는 유리인 것을 특징으로 하는 적외선 차폐 미립자 분산체. - 청구항 12에 있어서,
상기 고체 매질중에 상기 적외선 차폐 미립자가 분산된 적외선 차폐 미립자 분산체가 필름 형태 또는 보드(board) 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 적외선 차폐 미립자 분산체. - 청구항 12에 있어서,
상기 고체 매질중에 상기 적외선 차폐 미립자가 분산된 적외선 차폐 미립자 분산체가 분말 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 적외선 차폐 미립자 분산체. - 청구항 15에 기재된 분말 형태의 적외선 차폐 미립자 분산체와 수지 펠릿과의 혼련 성형체인 것을 특징으로 하는 적외선 차폐 미립자 분산체.
- 청구항 12에 있어서,
상기 액체 매질이 유기용매, 수지를 용해시킨 유기용매, 수지를 분산시킨 유기용매 및 물로 이루어진 군으로 부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 매질인 것을 특징으로 하는 적외선 차폐 미립자 분산체. - 청구항 12에 기재된 액체 매질중에 분산된 적외선 차폐 미립자 분산체, 또는 청구항 15에 기재된 고체 매질중에 분산된 적외선 차폐 미립자 분산체를 액체 상태의 용매와 혼합한 적외선 차폐 미립자 분산체, 및 청구항 17에 기재된 적외선 차폐 미립자 분산체로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 적외선 차폐 미립자 분산체가 기재표면에 도포막이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 적외선 차폐 기재.
- 청구항 14에 있어서,
가시광 투과율 70%로 설정한 상기 분산체에 65℃의 온수에 의한 7일간 침지를 실시하였을 때, 상기 침지전후에서의 가시광 투과율의 변화가 5포인트 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 적외선 차폐 미립자 분산체. - 청구항 18에 있어서,
가시광 투과율 70%로 설정한 상기 적외선 차폐 기재에 65℃의 온수에 의한 7일간 침지를 실시하였을 때, 상기 침지전후에서의 가시광 투과율의 변화가 5포인트 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 적외선 차폐 기재. - 일반식 WyOz(단, W는 텅스텐, O는 산소, 2.2≤z/y≤2.999)로 표기되는 텅스텐 산화물 및
일반식 MxWyOz(단, M은 H, He, 알칼리금속, 알칼리토류금속, 희토류원소, Mg, Zr, Cr, Mn, Fe, Ru, Co, Rh, Ir, Ni, Pd, Pt, Cu, Ag, Au, Zn, Cd, Al, Ga, In, Tl, Si, Ge, Sn, Pb, Sb, B, F, P, S, Se, Br, Te, Ti, Nb, V, Mo, Ta, Re, Be, Hf, Os, Bi 및 I로 이루어진 군으로 부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 원소, W는 텅스텐, O는 산소, 0.001≤x/y≤1, 2.2≤z/y≤3)으로 표기되는 복합 텅스텐 산화물로 이루어지는 군으로 부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 미립자를 유기용매에 분산시켜서 분산액을 얻는 공정과,
상기 분산액에 유기 금속 화합물을 첨가 혼합하여 상기 유기 금속 화합물을 함유하는 분산 처리물로 하고,
이어서 상기 유기 금속 화합물을 함유하는 분산 처리물에 물을 첨가 혼합하고, 추가로 일반식 Si(OR)4(단, R은 동일 또는 이종의 탄소 원자수 1∼6의 1가 탄화수소기)로 표기되는 4관능성 실란 화합물 또는 이의 부분 가수분해 생성물을 첨가혼합하는 것에 의하여, 상기 미립자 표면을 상기 유기 금속 화합물로 피복한 후에 상기 4관능성 실란 화합물 또는 이의 부분 가수분해 생성물로 피복하는 공정과,
상기 유기용매를 증발 제거하고, 추가로 가열하여 상기 유기 금속 화합물 및 상기 4관능성 실란 화합물 또는 이의 부분 가수분해 생성물로 더 피복된 상기 미립자의 분말 형태체를 얻는 공정과,
상기 분말 형태체를 분쇄하는 공정을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적외선 차폐 미립자의 제조방법. - 삭제
