Claims (2)
- 95wt% 이상의 아크릴로니트릴과, 메틸아크릴레이트, 아크릴산, 메타크릴산 및 이타콘산으로부터 선택된 2종 이상의 모노머를 포함하는 5중량% 이하의 코모노머로 이루어진 폴리아크릴로니트릴 중합물을 이용하여 도프를 제조하는 도프 제조 단계; 상기 도프를 습식 또는 건습식 방사하여 PAN계 전구체 섬유를 제조하는 전구체 섬유 제조 단계; 상기 전구체 섬유를 내염화 처리하는 내염화 단계; 및 상기 내염화 처리된 섬유를 탄소화 처리하는 탄소화 단계를 포함하는 탄소섬유 제조방법에 있어서,상기 내염화 단계를 수행하기 전에 전구체 섬유 제조공정 중 또는 전구체 섬유에 다량 존재하는 이물질 및 마이크로/마크로 결함을 제거하기 위해 초음파 발생장치를 하부에 구비한 1단 내지 4단의 수세욕을 가지면서 각 단의 수세 롤러가 2~6개인 세척조를 이용하여 상기 전구체 섬유를 수세하는 수세 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소섬유 제조방법.
