Claims (17)
- 발포제, 폴리올, 실리콘 계면활성제 및 입체 장애성 아민 촉매의 조합을 포함하는 폴리올 프리믹스 조성물로서, 상기 발포제는 1-클로로-3,3,3-트리플루오로프로펜, 1,3,3,3-테트라플루오로프로펜, 및 이의 조합으로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택된 하이드로할로올레핀을 포함하며, 여기서 상기 입체 장애성 아민 촉매는 식 R1R2N-[A-NR3]nR4 를 가지며, 각 R1, R2, R3, 및 R4는 독립적으로 H, C1 내지 C8 알킬기, C1 내지 C8 알케닐기, C1 내지 C8 알코올기, 또는 C1 내지 C8 에테르기이며; A는 C1 내지 C5 알킬기, C1 내지 C5 알케닐기 또는 에테르이고; n은 0 또는 1이되; 단 입체 장애성 아민 촉매는 1.65 이상의 Charton의 입체 파라미터(Charton's steric parameters)의 합을 갖는, 폴리올 프리믹스 조성물.

(b) 에틸렌 옥사이드, 프로필렌 옥사이드, 에틸렌 옥사이드 및 프로필렌 옥사이드의 혼합물; 또는 이들의 조합을 포함하는 폴리올 프리믹스 조성물. - 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 입체 장애성 아민 촉매는 입체 장애성 3차 아민 촉매를 포함하며, 여기서 R1, R2 및 R3가 각각 독립적으로 C1 내지 C8 알킬기인 폴리올 프리믹스 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 입체 장애성 아민 촉매는 입체 장애성 2차 아민 촉매를 포함하며, 여기서 R1 및 R2는 독립적으로 C1 내지 C8 알킬기인 폴리올 프리믹스 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 입체 장애성 아민 촉매는 R1, R2 및 R3가 독립적으로 C1 내지 C8 알킬기인 적어도 하나의 입체 장애성 3차 아민 촉매 및 R1 및 R2가 독립적으로 C1 내지 C8 알킬기인 적어도 하나의 입체 장애성 2차 아민 촉매를 포함하는 폴리올 프리믹스 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 비스무스, 납, 주석, 티타늄, 안티모니, 우라늄, 카드뮴, 코발트, 토륨, 알루미늄, 수은, 아연, 니켈, 세륨, 몰리브데늄, 바나듐, 구리, 망간, 지르코늄, 포타슘, 소듐, 또는 이들의 조합을 함유하는 유기금속 화합물을 포함하는 비-아민 촉매를 더욱 포함하는 폴리올 프리믹스 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 비스무스 니트레이트, 납 2-에틸헥소에이트, 납 벤조에이트, 염화 제2철, 안티모니 트리클로라이드, 안티모니 글리콜레이트, 카르복실산의 주석염류, 카르복실산의 아연염류, 카르복실산의 디알킬 주석염류, 글리신염류, 3차아민 삼량체화 촉매류, 4차암모늄 카르복실레이트류, 알칼리 금속 카르복실산 염류, 포타슘 아세테이트, 포타슘 옥토에이트류, 포타슘 2-에틸헥사노에이트, N-(2-히드록시-5-노닐페놀)메틸-N-메틸글리시네이트, 주석(II) 2-에틸헥사노에이트, 디부틸주석 디라우레이트, 또는 이들의 조합을 포함하는 비-아민 촉매를 더욱 포함하는 폴리올 프리믹스 조성물.
- 유기 폴리이소시아네이트 및 청구항 1의 폴리올 프리믹스 조성물의 혼합물을 포함하는 폼 형성 조성물.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 상기 유기 폴리이소시아네이트는 폴리메틸렌 폴리페닐 이소시아네이트, 메틸렌비스(페닐 이소시아네이트), 톨루엔 디이소시아네이트, 또는 이들의 조합을 포함하는 폼 형성 조성물.
- 유기 폴리이소시아네이트를 청구항 1의 폴리올 프리믹스 조성물과 반응시키는 단계를 포함하는 폴리우레탄 또는 폴리이소시아네이트 폼을 제조하는 방법.
