Abstract
a. 상기 α-알라닌-N,N-디아세트산의 분말을 롤러 프레스 상에서 압밀시켜 슬러그를 얻는 단계,
b. 상기 슬러그를 분쇄하는 단계, 및
c. 상기 분쇄된 슬러그를 스크리닝하는 단계
에 의해 α-알라닌-N,N-디아세트산 및/또는 α-알라닌-N,N-디아세트산의 1 이상의 유도체를 필수적으로 포함하는 자유유동성의 저장안정성 고체를 생성하는 방법으로서, 융점이 35℃ 초과인 폴리에틸렌 글리콜의 첨가와 함께 롤러 프레스 상의 압밀을 실시하는 것을 포함하는 방법이 제공된다.

Claims (7)
- α-알라닌-N,N-디아세트산 및/또는 α-알라닌-N,N-디아세트산의 1 이상의 유도체의 분말로부터
a. 상기 α-알라닌-N,N-디아세트산 및/또는 α-알라닌-N,N-디아세트산의 1 이상의 유도체의 분말을 롤러 프레스 상에서 압밀시켜 슬러그를 얻는 단계,
b. 상기 슬러그를 분쇄하는 단계, 및
c. 상기 분쇄된 슬러그를 스크리닝하는 단계
에 의해 α-알라닌-N,N-디아세트산 및/또는 α-알라닌-N,N-디아세트산의 1 이상의 유도체를 실질적으로 포함하는 자유유동성의 저장안정성 고체를 제조하는 방법으로서, 융점이 35℃ 초과인 폴리에틸렌 글리콜의 첨가와 함께 상기 롤러 프레스 상의 압밀을 실시하는 것을 포함하고, 상기 롤러 프레스 상의 압밀을 위한 폴리에틸렌 글리콜의 첨가는 상기 롤러 프레스 상의 압밀에 공급되는 α-알라닌-N,N-디아세트산 및/또는 α-알라닌-N,N-디아세트산의 1 이상의 유도체 및 폴리에틸렌 글리콜을 포함하는 분말의 총중량을 기준으로 2∼15 중량%인 것인 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 롤러 프레스 상의 압밀을 융점이 40℃ 초과인 폴리에틸렌 글리콜의 첨가와 함께 실시하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 롤러 프레스 상의 압밀을 위한 폴리에틸렌 글리콜의 첨가는 상기 롤러 프레스 상의 압밀에 공급되는 α-알라닌-N,N-디아세트산 및/또는 α-알라닌-N,N-디아세트산의 1 이상의 유도체 및 폴리에틸렌 글리콜을 포함하는 분말의 총중량을 기준으로 5∼15 중량%인 것인 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 롤러 프레스 상의 압밀을 위한 폴리에틸렌 글리콜의 첨가는 상기 롤러 프레스 상의 압밀에 공급되는 α-알라닌-N,N-디아세트산 및/또는 α-알라닌-N,N-디아세트산의 1 이상의 유도체 및 폴리에틸렌 글리콜을 포함하는 분말의 총중량을 기준으로 7 중량%인 것인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 롤러 프레스에서의 압밀은 롤러 폭 및 롤러 직경을 기준으로 2∼10 N/mm x mm의 롤러 상의 압력으로 실시하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 따라 제조된 α-알라닌-N,N-디아세트산 및/또는 α-알라닌-N,N-디아세트산의 1 이상의 유도체를 실질적으로 포함하는 자유유동성의 저장안정성 고체를 추가 첨가제와 혼합하고 탭으로 압착하는 것에 의한 식기세척기용 탭의 제조 방법.
