Description

Claims (26)
- 55 중량% 내지 97 중량%의 양의 1종 이상의 폴리락트산, 2 중량% 내지 25 중량%의 양의 1종 이상의 가소제 및 1 중량% 내지 20 중량%의 양의 1종 이상의 상용화제를 포함하는 열가소성 조성물로부터 형성되고, 상기 가소제는 알킬렌 글리콜을 포함하고, 상기 상용화제는 극성 화합물로 개질된 폴리올레핀을 포함하고, 상기 극성 화합물은 유기산, 유기산의 무수물, 유기산의 아미드 또는 이들의 조합을 포함하는 것인 생분해성 섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리락트산이 L-락트산, D-락트산, 메소-락트산 또는 이들의 혼합물로부터 유도된 단량체 단위를 함유하는 것인 생분해성 섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 알킬렌 글리콜이 폴리에틸렌 글리콜을 포함하는 것인 생분해성 섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀이 2 내지 6개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 α-올레핀 단량체로부터 유도되는 것인 생분해성 섬유.
- 제4항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀이 폴리에틸렌, 에틸렌 공중합체, 폴리프로필렌, 프로필렌 공중합체 또는 이들의 조합을 포함하는 것인 생분해성 섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 극성 화합물이 산 무수물을 포함하는 것인 생분해성 섬유.
- 제6항에 있어서, 산 무수물이 말레산 무수물을 포함하는 것인 생분해성 섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 극성 화합물이 상용화제의 0.2 중량% 내지 10 중량%를 구성하는 것인 생분해성 섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 극성 화합물이 상용화제의 1 중량% 내지 3 중량%를 구성하는 것인 생분해성 섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상용화제가 ASTM D1238-E에 따라 190℃의 온도 및 2160 g의 하중하에 측정된 100 내지 600 g/10분의 용융 유동 지수를 갖는 것인 생분해성 섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상용화제가 ASTM D1238-E에 따라 190℃의 온도 및 2160 g의 하중하에 측정된 200 내지 500 g/10분의 용융 유동 지수를 갖는 것인 생분해성 섬유.

- 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 조성물이 ASTM D-3417에 따라 시차 주사 열량계를 이용하여 측정시 20℃ 이하의 결정화 피크 높이 반부에서의 폭을 나타내는 것인 생분해성 섬유.
- 55 중량% 내지 97 중량%의 양의 1종 이상의 폴리락트산, 2 중량% 내지 25 중량%의 양의 1종 이상의 가소제 및 1 중량% 내지 20 중량%의 양의 1종 이상의 상용화제를 포함하고, 상기 가소제는 알킬렌 글리콜을 포함하고, 상기 상용화제는 폴리락트산과 가소제를 상용화시키고 극성 화합물로 개질된 폴리올레핀을 포함하며, 상기 극성 화합물은 유기산, 유기산의 무수물, 유기산의 아미드 또는 이들의 조합을 포함하는 것인 열가소성 조성물을 용융 압출하는 단계; 및
압출된 열가소성 조성물을 표면 상에 랜덤하게 침착시켜 부직웹을 형성하는 단계
를 포함하는 부직웹의 제조 방법. - 제18항에 있어서, 용융 압출 단계가 100℃ 내지 400℃의 온도 및 100 초-1 내지 10,000 초-1의 겉보기 전단 속도하에 수행되는 방법.
- 제18항에 있어서, 압출된 열가소성 조성물을 켄칭시키고, 켄칭된 열가소성 조성물을 연신시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
- 제20항에 있어서, 연신비가 200:1 내지 6500:1인 방법.
- 제20항에 있어서, 연신비가 1000:1 내지 5000:1인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제11항, 및 제14항 내지 제17항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 섬유를 포함하는 부직웹.
