Claims (14)
- 뼈 또는 척추에 고정되는 생크(3) 및 이 생크에 연결된 리세스(11)를 포함하는 수용부(5')를 포함하는 고정부재(2, 2');상기 수용부에 수용되고, 적어도 일부가 관형상을 구비하는, 적어도 두 개의 고정부재를 연결하는 로드(20');상기 수용부와 결합하여 상기 리세스 내에 상기 로드를 고정하는 로킹부재(29);상기 리세스 내에 상기 로드를 고정하도록 상기 로드 상에 압력을 가하기 위해 상기 로킹부재(29) 및 상기 로드(20, 20') 사이에 배치됨과 동시에, 상기 로드의 일부분의 형상에 부합하는 형상을 구비하는 상기 로드의 일부분에 접촉하는 로드 접촉면(25)을 포함하는 충전편(22)을 포함하고,상기 로킹부재는 제1 로킹부재(30) 및 제2 로킹부재(31)를 포함하고, 상기 충전편(22)은 제1 로킹부재 또는 제2 로킹부재와 연결되는 뼈 고정장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 충전편(22)은 상기 로킹부재(29)에 회전이 가능하게 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 뼈 고정장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 회전이 가능한 연결은 상기 로킹부재(29) 내에 제공되거나 상기 충전편 내에 제공된 보어(27)와 결합하는상기 충전편 또는 로킹부재(29) 상에 제공된 핀(35)에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 뼈 고정장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 한 항에 있어서, 상기 충전편(22)은 상기 수용부(5') 내에서 슬라이드가 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 뼈 고정장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 한 항에 있어서, 상기 충전편과 접촉하는 상기 로드의 일부분은 관형인 것을 특징으로 하는 뼈 고정장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 한 항에 있어서, 상기 수용부는 상기 생크(3)에 단축으로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 뼈 고정장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 한 항에 있어서, 상기 생크(3)는 상기 수용부에 피봇가능하게 연결된 헤드(4)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 뼈 고정장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 압력부재(15)는 상기 수용부 내에 상기 헤드를 고정하도록 상기 헤드 상에 압력을 가하기 위해 상기 로드 및 상기 헤드(4) 사이에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 뼈 고정장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 한 항에 있어서, 상기 리세스(11)는 두 개의 레그(12, 13)를 구비하는 실질적 U자형이고, 상기 로킹부재(29)는 상기 레그에 제공된 내부나사산과 결합하는 내부나사인 것을 특징으로 하는 뼈 고정장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 한 항에 있어서, 상기 로드는 상기 연결된 뼈 부분의 운동에 기인되는 힘의 작용에 의해 적어도 부분적으로 굴곡되는 것을 특징으로 하는 뼈 고정장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 한 항에 있어서, 상기 로드는 코어(41)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 뼈 고정장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 한 항에 있어서, 상기 로드는 금속 또는 금속 합금으로 제조된 관인 것을 특징으로 하는 뼈 고정장치.
