도 2는 조직배양 시 발생되는 대표적인 오염의 실예를 도시한 사진이다.
도 3은 본 발명에 따라 산성전리수로 소독한 캘러스 배양을 도시한 사진이다.
도 4는 본 발명에 따라 산성전리수로 소독한 체세포 싹 배양을 도시한 사진이다.
도 5는 본 발명에 따라 산성전리수의 소독 시간에 따른 오염도의 감소를 나타낸 그래프이다.
Claims (3)
- 물을 전기분해하여, ppm이하에서 나노 단위 농도의 소독제가 함유된 나노산성전리수를 제조하는 단계;
상기 나노산성전리수로 식물세포 초기시료를 1차 소독하는 단계; 및
1차 소독후에, 새로운 나노산성전리수로 식물세포 초기시료를 2차 소독하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 식물세포 초기 시료의 소독방법.
