Claims (7)
- 상부시트와 하부시트로 구성되고, 상기 상부시트와 하부시트의 외곽 영역의 일부 또는 전체가 상호 실링되며, 상기 실링된 상부시트와 하부시트의 사이에 전극 조립체를 수납하는 이차전지의 파우치에 있어서,상기 상부시트와 하부시트의 실링부에는 절연성 고분자 수지로 도포된 절연층이 형성되고,상기 절연층은 상기 실링부의 측면과 상하부면을 모두 덮는 'ㄷ'자 단면 형상으로 도포되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지의 파우치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 절연성 고분자 수지는 에폭시 수지, 불소수지 및 폴리이미드 수지로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지의 파우치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 상부시트와 하부시트는 상호 마주하는 면이 열 접착층이며, 이로부터 금속층과 외부층이 다른 재질의 필름층이 복수로 순차 적층되어 결합되는 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지의 파우치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 상부시트와 하부시트의 필름층은 열접착층인 폴리올레핀계 수지층, 기계적 강도를 유지하는 금속층, 및 외부층으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지의 파우치.
- 삭제
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 파우치에 두 개의 서로 다른 극성의 전극이 세퍼레이터로 분리된 상태로 적층되어 이루어지는 전극 조립체를 수납하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 이차전지는 리튬 이차전지인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
