Claims (1)
- 항공기의 외부 표면을 세척하기 위한 항공기 외장 세척제의 제조방법에 있어서,
상기 세척제 1ℓ에 대해서 1.0g 내지 2.0g의 소디움 메타실리케이트(Sodium Metasilicate)와 2.5g 내지 5.0g의 소디움 카보네이트(Sodium Carbonate)와 2.5g 내지 5.0g의 소디움 포스페이트(Sodium Phosphate)와 2.5g 내지 5.0g의 소디움 벤조에이트(sodium benzoate)와 2.5g 내지 5.0g의 소디움 사이트레이트(Sodium Citrate)를 증류수에 혼합 교반하여 제1혼합물을 형성하는 제1혼합단계(S10);
상기 세척제 1ℓ에 대해서 2.5g 내지 5.0g의 벤조트리아졸(Benzotriazole)을 폴리에틸렌 글리콜(Polyethylene Glycol)에 혼합하여 제2혼합물을 형성하는 제2혼합단계(S20);
상기 제1혼합물과 제2혼합물을 혼합 교반하여 제3혼합물을 형성하는 제3혼합단계(S30); 및
상기 제3혼합물에 식용 주정(酒精)과 에틸렌 글리콜 모노부틸 에테르(Ethylene Glycol Monobutyl Ether)를 혼합 교반하여 세척제를 형성하는 제4혼합단계(S40)를 구비하며,
상기 증류수와 폴리에틸렌 글리콜과 식용 주정과 에틸렌 글리콜 모노부틸 에테르를 16:1:1.5:1.5 부피비율로 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 항공기 외장 세척제의 제조방법.
