Abstract
이를 위해, 본 발명은 우레탄 보드의 양면에 접착되는 마감시트에 있어서, 우레탄 보드 표면에 적층되는 제1 부직포(11), 제1 부직포(11) 상면에 도포되는 폴리머 용융액(12) 및 상기 폴리머 용융액(12) 상면에 적층되는 제2 부직포(13)의 순으로 적층하여 구성되도록 이를 한 쌍의 롤러(21, 22)를 통과시켜 압착하는 방법에 의해 시트를 제조한 것이다.

- 우레탄 보드의 양면에 접착되는 우레탄 보드의 마감시트를 제조하는 방법으로서,
우레탄 보드의 양면에 각각 부착되는 제1 부직포를 일정 간격으로 이격된 한 쌍의 롤러 사이로 공급함과 아울러 상기 제1 부직포에 도포되는 폴리머 용융액을 상기 한 쌍의 롤러 사이에 공급하여, 상기 한 쌍의 롤러 사이를 통과하는 제1 부직포에 폴리머 용융액이 압착 및 고화되도록 함으로써, 폴리머층을 구비한 다층 구조의 마감시트를 이루도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 우레탄 보드의 마감시트의 제조방법. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 한 쌍의 롤러 사이로 제2 부직포를 더 공급하고, 상기 폴리머 용융액이 제1 부직포와 제2 부직포 사이로 공급되도록 하여, 폴리머 용융액이 고화된 폴리머층이 제1 부직포와 제2 부직포 사이에서 압착됨으로써, 폴리머층을 구비한 다층 구조의 마감시트를 이루도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 우레탄 보드의 마감시트의 제조방법. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 제1 부직포와 제2 부직포는 폴리프로필렌 또는 폴리에스터로 이루어진 부직포이고, 상기 폴리머 용융액은 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌 또는 폴리에스터인 것을 특징으로 하는 우레탄 보드의 마감시트의 제조방법. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 한 쌍의 롤러는 좌우로 배치되어 있고, 적어도 하나는 냉각롤러인 것을 특징으로 하는 우레탄 보드의 마감시트의 제조방법.
