Claims (24)
- 헤모글로빈을 함유하는 시료 중의 측정 대상 성분과 그 측정 대상 성분에 결합하는 항체를, 시료 유래의 담즙산 유도체와는 다른 담즙산 유도체의 존재하에 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 헤모글로빈을 함유하는 시료 중의 측정 대상 성분의 면역 측정 방법으로서,시료 유래의 담즙산 유도체와는 다른 담즙산 유도체가, 3-[(3-콜아미도프로필)디메틸암모니오]프로판술포네이트, 3-[(3-콜아미도프로필)디메틸암모니오]-2-히드록시프로판술포네이트, N,N-비스(3-D-글루콘아미도프로필)콜아미드 또는 N,N-비스(3-D-글루콘아미도프로필)데옥시콜아미드인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,헤모글로빈을 함유하는 시료 중의 측정 대상 성분과 그 측정 대상 성분에 결합하는 항체를, 추가로 폴리옥시에틸렌계 비이온성 계면 활성제의 존재하에 반응시키는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,면역 측정 방법이 샌드위치법 또는 경합법인 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,측정 대상 성분과 그 측정 대상 성분에 결합하는 항체의 반응이, (1) 그 측정 대상 성분과, 그 측정 대상 성분에 결합하는 제 1 항체 및 그 측정 대상 성분에 결합하는 제 2 항체에 표지가 결합한 표지화 항체의 반응, (2) 그 측정 대상 성분과, 경합 물질에 표지가 결합한 표지화 경합 물질 그리고 그 측정 대상 성분 및 그 경합 물질에 결합하는 항체의 반응, 또는 (3) 그 측정 대상 성분과, 경합 물질 그리고 그 측정 대상 성분 및 그 경합 물질에 결합하고, 또한 표지가 결합한 표지화 항체의 반응인 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,폴리옥시에틸렌계 비이온성 계면 활성제가 폴리옥시에틸렌알킬페닐에테르인 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,시료가 전혈(全血)인 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,측정 대상 성분이 MxA 단백질인 방법.
- 담즙산 유도체 및 하기의 (1) ∼ (3) 으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 요소를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 헤모글로빈을 함유하는 시료 중의 측정 대상 성분의 면역 측정용 시약으로서,담즙산 유도체가, 3-[(3-콜아미도프로필)디메틸암모니오]프로판술포네이트, 3-[(3-콜아미도프로필)디메틸암모니오]-2-히드록시프로판술포네이트, N,N-비스(3-D-글루콘아미도프로필)콜아미드 또는 N,N-비스(3-D-글루콘아미도프로필)데옥시콜아미드인 면역 측정용 시약:(1) 그 측정 대상 성분에 결합하는 제 1 항체, 및 그 측정 대상 성분에 결합하는 제 2 항체에 표지가 결합한 표지화 항체;(2) 경합 물질에 표지가 결합한 표지화 경합 물질, 그리고 그 측정 대상 성분 및 그 경합 물질에 결합하는 항체;또는(3) 경합 물질, 그리고 그 측정 대상 성분 및 그 경합 물질에 결합하고, 또한 표지가 결합한 표지화 항체.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,추가로, 폴리옥시에틸렌계 비이온성 계면 활성제를 함유하는 시약.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,폴리옥시에틸렌계 비이온성 계면 활성제가 폴리옥시에틸렌알킬페닐에테르인 시약.
- 제 8 항 또는 제 9 항에 있어서,시약이 전혈(全血)인 시약.
- 제 8 항 또는 제 9 항에 있어서,측정 대상 성분이 MxA 단백질인 시약.
- 헤모글로빈을 함유하는 시료 중의 측정 대상 성분과 그 측정 대상 성분에 결합하는 항체를, 시료 유래의 담즙산 유도체와는 다른 담즙산 유도체의 존재하에 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 헤모글로빈을 함유하는 시료 중의 측정 대상 성분의 면역 측정 방법에 있어서의 헤모글로빈의 영향 억제 방법으로서,시료 유래의 담즙산 유도체와는 다른 담즙산 유도체가, 3-[(3-콜아미도프로필)디메틸암모니오]프로판술포네이트, 3-[(3-콜아미도프로필)디메틸암모니오]-2-히드록시프로판술포네이트, N,N-비스(3-D-글루콘아미도프로필)콜아미드 또는 N,N-비스(3-D-글루콘아미도프로필)데옥시콜아미드인 억제 방법.
- 제 13 항에 있어서,면역 측정 방법이 샌드위치법 또는 경합법인 억제 방법.
- 제 13 항에 있어서,측정 대상 성분과 그 측정 대상 성분에 결합하는 항체의 반응이, (1) 그 측정 대상 성분과 그 측정 대상 성분에 결합하는 제 1 항체 및 그 측정 대상 성분에 결합하는 제 2 항체에 표지가 결합한 표지화 항체의 반응, (2) 그 측정 대상 성분과, 경합 물질에 표지가 결합한 표지화 경합 물질 그리고 그 측정 대상 성분 및 그 경합 물질에 결합하는 항체의 반응, 또는 (3) 그 측정 대상 성분과, 경합 물질 그리고 그 측정 대상 성분 및 그 경합 물질에 결합하고, 또한 표지가 결합한 표지화 항체의 반응인, 억제 방법.
- 제 13 항에 있어서,헤모글로빈을 함유하는 시료 중의 측정 대상 성분과 그 측정 대상 성분에 결합하는 항체를, 추가로 폴리옥시에틸렌계 비이온성 계면 활성제의 존재하에 반응시키는 억제 방법.
- 제 16 항에 있어서,폴리옥시에틸렌계 비이온성 계면 활성제가 폴리옥시에틸렌알킬페닐에테르인 억제 방법.
- 제 13 항 또는 제 16 항에 있어서,시료가 전혈(全血)인 억제 방법.
- 제 13 항 또는 제 16 항에 있어서,측정 대상 성분이 MxA 단백질인 억제 방법.
