- 서열번호 3의 아미노산 서열을 코딩하는 것을 특징으로 하는 살충성 단백질 유전자.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 유전자는 서열번호 4의 염기서열로 구성된 살충성 단백질 유전자
- 제2항의 살충성 단백질 유전자를 포함하는 재조합 발현 벡터
- 제4항의 재조합 발현벡터로 형질전환된 살충성 단백질을 발현하는 형질 전환체.
- 제1항의 살충성 단백질 또는 제5항의 형질 전환체를 유효성분으로 포함하는 해충 방제용 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 나비목 해충에 대해 살충활성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 해충 방제용 조성물.
