- 제1항에 있어서,상기 화학식 3의 실란계 화합물의 함량이 상기 유기 용매 100중량부를 기준으로 0.5 내지 60중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전해액.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 실란계 화합물의 함량이 상기 유기 용매 100중량부를 기준으로 1 내지 20 중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전해액.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 고유전율 용매가 에틸렌 카보네이트, 프로필렌 카보네이트, 부틸렌 카보네이트 및 감마 부티로락톤으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전해액.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 고유전율 용매가 프로필렌 카보네이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전해액.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 유기용매가 저비점 용매를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전해액.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 저비점 용매가 디메틸 카보네이트, 에틸메틸 카보네이트, 디에틸 카보네이트, 디프로필 카보네이트, 디메톡시에탄, 디에톡시에탄 및 지방산 에스테르 유도체로 구성된 군으로 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전해액.
- 캐소드;애노드; 및제1항, 및 제4항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 유기 전해액을 포함하는 리튬 전지.
