Abstract
Description
도 2는 전복 아가미 추출물의 이온교환 HPLC 분석 결과를 나타낸 그래프이다.
도 3은 상기 도 2에서 최대 활성 피크값을 나타낸 분획물을 역상 HPLC 컬럼을 이용하여 분리한 결과를 나타낸 그래프이다.
도 4는 상기 도 2 및 3의 2단계 HPLC 방법을 통하여 정제된 아미노산의 분자량을 MALDI-TOF MS 스펙트로미터를 이용하여 분석한 그래프이다.
도 5는 상기 도 2 및 3의 2단계 HPLC 방법을 통하여 정제된 아미노산 서열을 단백질 서열분석기를 통하여 분석한 서열번호 1의 서열을 나타낸 도이다.
도 6은 본 발명의 일실시예를 통하여 확인된 서열번호 1로 기재되는 아미노산 서열과 상동성(homology)을 갖는 서열을 NCBI BlastP를 이용하여 검색한 후, ClustalX 프로그램을 이용하여 상기 검색된 서열을 정렬한 결과를 나타낸 그림이다.

상기 펩타이드는 그람 양성균 및 그람 음성균에 대하여 항미생물 활성을 갖는, 펩타이드. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 펩타이드는 사람과 어류의 적혈구 세포를 파괴하지 않는 펩타이드. - 삭제
