Claims (19)
- 길이방향 샤프트 및 스위치를 포함하되, 상기 샤프트는,
a) 폐쇄형의 둔한 원위 단부(blunt distal end);
b) 상기 폐쇄형의 둔한 원위 단부와는 반대쪽의 근위 단부(proximate end);
c) 상기 근위 단부를 향하여 작업 구역으로부터 조직의 통과를 허용하는 크기로 된 적어도 일부분을 지니는 내부 유체 유로;
d) 외재화 가능한 유체 유로(externalizable fluid flow path); 및
e) 상기 샤프트의 측벽에 포트에 의해 규정된 작업 구역을 포함하고,
상기 스위치는, 상기 내부 유체 유로 및 상기 외재화 가능한 유체 유로에 연결되어, 상기 내부 유체 유로와 상기 외재화 가능한 유체 유로로의 주입 유체 유량을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수술 기구. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 외재화 가능한 유체 유로 내에 기공을 더 포함하되, 해당 기공을 통해서 주입 유체가 상기 샤프트를 빠져나갈 수 있는 것인 수술 기구.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스위치는 피벗 스위치, 리드 스위치(reed switch) 또는 슬라이딩 스위치 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 것인 수술 기구.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 내부 유체 유로에 연결된 조직 수용 공동부(tissue receiving cavity)를 더 포함하는 수술 기구.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 조직 수용 공동부는 길이 방향으로 뻗은 복구 채널(longitudinally extending return channel)을 통해서 상기 작업 구역에 연결된 것인 수술 기구.
- 제1항에 있어서, 보조 채널을 더 포함하는 수술 기구.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 작업 구역 부근에서 상기 샤프트 내에 절삭 부재(cutting member)를 더 포함하는 수술 기구.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 절삭 부재는 와이어 루프, 칼날, 가위날, 셔터 및 고조파 진동형 절삭기 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 것인 수술 기구.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 외재화 가능한 유체 유로 내에 기공을 더 포함하되, 해당 기공을 통해서 주입 유체가 상기 샤프트를 빠져나갈 수 있는 것인 수술 기구.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 스위치는 피벗 스위치, 리드 스위치(reed switch) 또는 슬라이딩 스위치 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 것인 수술 기구.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스위치는 관찰 기구(viewing instrument) 또는 절삭 부재 중 하나에 의해 작동하기 위하여 구성된 것인 수술 기구.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 내부 유체 유로는 유체 주입 채널과 상기 작업 구역을 포함하는 것인 수술 기구.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스위치는 상기 조직의 통과를 허용하는 크기로 된 일부분과 상기 작업 구역에 유체 주입 채널을 연결함으로써 상기 내부 유체 유로를 형성할 위치를 지니는 것인 수술 기구.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 스위치는 피벗 스위치, 리드 스위치(reed switch) 또는 슬라이딩 스위치 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 것인 수술 기구.
- 제1항에 있어서, 관찰 기구가 제1위치와 제2위치 사이의 어느 방향으로도 이동될 수 있도록 해당 관찰 기구를 수용하는 크기로 되어 있는 관찰 기구 채널을 더 포함하되,
i) 상기 제1위치는 상기 작업 구역의 상기 폐쇄형의 둔한 원위 단부 쪽에 위치되고,
ii) 상기 제2위치는 상기 폐쇄형의 둔한 원위 단부 쪽과는 반대쪽의 상기 작업 구역 쪽 상에 위치되는 것인 수술 기구. - 제15항에 있어서, 상기 외재화 가능한 유체 유로 내에 기공을 더 포함하되, 해당 기공을 통해서 주입 유체가 상기 샤프트를 빠져나갈 수 있는 것인 수술 기구.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 스위치는 피벗 스위치, 리드 스위치(reed switch) 또는 슬라이딩 스위치 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 것인 수술 기구.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 샤프트는 두개 버홀(cranial burr-hole), 척추주위 절개부(paraspinal incision), 흉막강(pleural space), 흉관(chest tube), 흉강(chest cavity), 후두 통로(laryngeal passage), 기관 통로(tracheal passage), 기관지 통로(bronchial passage), 위장관(gastrointestinal tract), 자궁, 자궁경관, 요도, 요로, 안면 체강(facial cavity), 부비동(sinus cavity), 비강(nasal cavity), 또는 항문을 통한 신체 중 적어도 하나로의 삽입을 위한 크기로 되고 구성된 것인 수술 기구.
- 멸균 형태로 포장된 제1항 내지 제18항 중 어느 한 항의 수술 기구를 포함하는 키트.
