Claims (8)
- 프레스 공정을 거쳐 성형된 성형체를 소결하기 위한 자기이방성 희토류 영구자석 소결장치에 있어서,
외부 공기를 차단할 수 있고, 성형체를 장입하기 위한 시료 장입 장치;
상기 시료 장입 장치와 분리 가능하게 결합되고, 상기 시료 장입 장치에 장입된 성형체를 진공 상태로 유지하기 위한 진공 챔버; 및
상기 시료 장입 장치와 분리 가능하게 결합되고, 상기 시료 장입 장치에 장입된 성형체를 가열하기 위한 가열로
를 포함하고,
상기 시료 장입 장치는 상기 성형체가 장입되고, 상기 가열로에 의하여 가열되기 위한 가열 튜브; 및
상기 진공 챔버 및 상기 가열 튜브와 각각 분리 가능하게 결합되고, 상기 진공 챔버를 개폐하기 위한 밸브를 포함하는 자기이방성 희토류 영구자석 소결장치. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 가열 튜브의 내부는 산소농도 0.1% 이하의 불활성 기체 분위기 상태로 밀폐되는 자기이방성 희토류 영구자석 소결장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 밸브는 밸브 몸체와; 상기 밸브 몸체에 결합되고 상기 밸브를 개폐하기 위한 개폐부재; 및 상기 개폐부재와 결합되고 상기 개폐부재를 작동시키기 위한 손잡이부재를 포함하는 자기이방성 희토류 영구자석 소결장치. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 시료 장입 장치는 상기 밸브 몸체와 상기 진공 챔버를 분리 가능하게 서로 결합시켜 주는 제1 결합부를 포함하는 자기이방성 희토류 영구자석 소결장치. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 시료 장입 장치는 상기 밸브 몸체와 상기 가열 튜브를 분리 가능하게 서로 결합시켜 주는 제2 결합부를 포함하는 자기이방성 희토류 영구자석 소결장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 진공 챔버에는 상기 진공 챔버를 진공 상태로 만들어주기 위한 진공 펌프가 연결되는 자기이방성 희토류 영구자석 소결장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 가열로에는 상기 가열 튜브가 삽입되기 위한 삽입부가 형성되는 자기이방성 희토류 영구자석 소결장치.
