Abstract
Description

Claims (16)
- 장착 수단(30) 및 적어도 두 개의 선반 수단(40, 40')을 구비하는, 식물(15)을 재배하기 위한 랙(20)으로서,각각의 선반 수단(40, 40')은 캐리어 요소(50) 및 발광 소자(60)를 포함하고,상기 발광 소자(60)는 상기 캐리어 요소(50) 아래에 배치되고 상기 캐리어 요소(50) 위에는 식물(15)이 성장하도록 배치될 수 있으며,상기 선반 수단들(40, 40')은 상기 장착 수단(30) 내에 차곡차곡 배치되고,상기 선반 수단(40, 40') 중 위쪽 선반 수단의 상기 발광 소자(60)는, 상기 선반 수단(40, 40') 중 다음번 아래에 있는 선반 수단의 상기 캐리어 요소(50) 위로 적어도 부분적으로 향하는 빛을 방출하며,상기 발광 소자(60)는 적어도 하나의 OLED(61)로 구성되고,상기 선반 수단(40, 40')은 상기 OLED(61)로부터 열을 전도시켜 보내는 히트 싱크의 역할을 하는식물을 재배하기 위한 랙(20).
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 OLED는 적어도 부분적으로 평면의 형태를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 식물을 재배하기 위한 랙(20).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 발광 소자(60)는 상기 부착된 캐리어 요소(50)의 밑면의 대부분을 덮는 OLED들(61)의 배열로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 식물을 재배하기 위한 랙(20).
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 OLED들(61)의 배열은 OLED들(61)의 적어도 두 개의 서로 다른 그룹으로 구성되며, 상기 OLED들(61)의 제1 그룹은 성장 빛(a grow light)을 전달하고 상기 OLED들(61)의 제2 그룹은 상기 식물(15)을 위한 제어 빛(a control light)을 전달하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 식물을 재배하기 위한 랙(20).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 장착 수단(30) 또는 상기 선반 수단(40, 40')은 상기 OLED(61)를 위한 드라이버, 전력 공급 장치의 적어도 일부분 및 적어도 하나의 전력선을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 식물을 재배하기 위한 랙(20).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 장착 수단(30) 및 상기 선반 수단(40, 40')은 플러그 요소 또는 소켓 요소를 포함하며, 상기 장착 수단(30) 및 상기 선반 수단(40, 40')은 결합될 수 있고, 그 결과 상기 플러그 요소와 상기 소켓 요소는 상기 전력 공급 장치를 위한 연결을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 식물을 재배하기 위한 랙(20).

- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 랙(20)은 제1 레일 시스템(21)을 포함하며, 적어도 하나의 제1 레일이 상기 장착 수단(30)에 배치되고 상기 제1 레일은 상기 선반 수단(40, 40')에 부착되는 적어도 하나의 바퀴를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 식물을 재배하기 위한 랙(20).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 선반 수단(40, 40')은 제2 레일 시스템(42)을 포함하고,적어도 하나의 제2 레일(43)이 상기 선반 수단(40, 40')에 배치되고 상기 제2 레일(43)은 상기 발광 소자(60)에 부착되는 적어도 하나의 코일형 수단(63)을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 식물을 재배하기 위한 랙(20).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 OLED(61)는 기판 및 보호층을 포함하며, 이들 모두는 상기 방출된 빛에 대하여 적어도 부분적으로 투명한 것을 특징으로 하는, 식물을 재배하기 위한 랙(20).
